Just go into the temple of ikov, bring a light source and slashing weapon, and just grab the spawn behind the web. Grab a few in case you lose them.

The boots of Lightenss are used in the temple of Ikov Quest, but you dont need to do the quest to get them.

Once you achieve the stop burning level for whatever you are cooking, it doesnt matter.Ranges only reduce the chance of burning. However, if you are below the burning level, it might be better to cook at Lumbrige range.

Its for a quest:Shield of Arrav. Its one of the common "scam" items. It's used to get into teh Phoenix gangs weapon room, which contains phoenix crossbows.

I Am F2p I'm sure that using strength potions would speed up my training. My stats are currently 60/60/70 with 70 hp. I am 80 combat. I usually train at Giant spiders in the SOS. Would it be economicla to use potions while training now? Or, when would it become worthwhile to use them?

You could always ice burst on Ape Atoll. Very quickest route, but also the most expensive.

It all depends on your average money made per hour. If you burn mages, you will have extra time, that could be spent making money. There was a skilling guide that focused on this concept, but i dont know where it is, ill post the url later. I think if you make over a million an hour on average then burn mages, if less, burn yews.(or even lower, burn maples or willows)
