You have the stats to do every GWD. Try the AOW, or youtube videos. For the easiest, try Bandos, although Sara is more preferable.

It's good for strength training, better than Dragon Scimitar anyway. If you have the money, it's worth buying. Extreme slayers would use a whip on controlled, it's far better than any other weapon. The dragon scimitar would be better than the GS... yeah it's that bad for training. Although SS is far better if you're training str.

Oh... if you follow Zarfot's guide you can get 60-70k/hour. Realistically speaking though, you'll probably get 40k/hour. But you should bank granite...

Rune mining brings 400-550k/hour I believe. The best method would probably be teleporting using a Lava titan and mining at the Rune rocks. Teleport back with a glory, and repeat. Granite mining doesn't get much faster as you level. I would suggest at least 52 summoning first, 12 inv helps alot. I would assume you could mine 150-250/hour, sorry for the big range...

You can try humidifying + magic imbue, I find it extremely efficient. Fast, and not too expensive.
