I'm training my Def skiller. It has 1 attack, def, 26 def, and 19 hp. I'm currently using a Iron dagger. Is the Silverlight or Iron scimmy any better.

It is a good weapon, and most you can range you can use the D hally spec. The spec is very, very useful.

Ring= Seers ring, 4+ mage def and second is Lunar ring, gives +2. Ammy=Fury, 15+ def. Boots=Infinity Cape=God cape

Well.. Armadyl is the best, and Karil coming in second but you said to keep those out... Black d hide is your best bet for top and bottom. Barrow gloves, surprisingly, isn't the best gloves for Mage def, its [bleep]y or regular black d hide vambs. There was a link to the best armour... let me pull it up.

That depends on which skill. Farming, agility, yes, but what about skills such as mining, woodcut, and fishing? They don't require lowest weight. Also, add Penance gloves to the list, lol. Well, on topic. I suggest looking on TIF General and there should be skillcape outfit contests, such as one found here

What lv can you start mining them very fast? I see lv 90's mining them in mostly 1-hit just as Iron...?

Well, I just kept doing it. Around the 3rd so so try, it gets more and more easier, the same runes are close together. I can show you the reward pic if you want.
