1. Make a new layer with w/e colour you like, mostly white/black/gray though. 2. Hide that layer you brushed on. 3. apply the image (ctrl+shift+alt+e) or using the layer settings. 4. Unhide the brushed layer and put the applied image on top. 5. right click on the applied image adn select clipping mask 6. move around.

*Agress with RM and Jopie* 2 for neutral colours and 4 for edited colours :)

Text is a bit meh, I would use a clipping mask for the outline. It's also quite big and doesn't really flow, I suggest making it either smaller or tilt it so it goes with the flow. Border is also quite boring, B&W gradient? I would have used 2 colours from the signature and 1-2 pixels for it. Try playing more with the text specially colors and layer settings same goes for the border except the layer setting part.

Added two effect C4Ds and because I suck at C4Ds I need feedback to see if I'm in the correct direction. [hide=old post]I really like this one, it's simple yet good looking. I plan to add a couple of effect C4Ds though. I was thinking of using this one for the sprite collab but it might be too dark for Thrus liking. C/C would be the "bomb".[/hide]

Decent background but the render doesn't blend at all, try using some distort effects.

Indeed your getting better, you could always try to lower the contrast a bit though?

Don't make a base and then place the render on it, it's utterly hard to blend the background and the render that way. I suggest copying the render and smudging it out for a background, it's a lot easier that way.

That's quite good looking :thumbup:, spatter effect 4 lyfe. a bit too bright but it doesn't matter later on.

The base had a slight brown colour but I thought it would be too boring using that one, I also had a problem when selecting a new colour as the render is pretty much B&W, tried a pink colour and thought it looked good but that's just my personal opinion. Also I suck at text. Thanks for the comment Jopie :).

Finally got along doing it. Shiny's Base: Really good base, had no idea what to work on when I got it as it's nearly b&w. My effects: First time using 1 effect C4D so don't be harsh. C/C would be really nice, specially for me as I haven't done similar effect works at all. Didn't post it in the sticky for the same reason.

ditto on what Jopie said and needs a different colour on the lightning unless it's fog.

Sorry Thru, I'll get going today though, might be some delay as I need to sort out my cloths and some other stuff.

Colours doesn't go well together in my opinion, the smudging on the other hand is amazing, specially the lazOr. Can't figure anything out to improve it rather than it's really wide and get's a little boring on the left side.

It feels like the render is pasted on the background in my opinion, try smudging a background from the original render by copying it, if you decide not, try using the distort options in photoshop/gimp to blend it. The lightning is pretty bad in my opinion, it feels to strong where the main light is and the lightning over the fingers is really bad to be honest, try using a low opacity eraser to give the lightning a even flow, practice with colours as well as it can look really good with pale colours like pink/cyan. Text is "ok" I guess, could be better, can't help you with that one though. The sub text is way too long in my opinion, try lowering the size. Overall it's a slightly lower than decent signature if we compare it with your other ones, but keep in mind "Practice makes perfect"

Also those legs are facing towards you, that means you have to make a person with a skirt :lol:.

They do not have the same speed, it says that in the knowledgebase but darts are still faster.

Your wrong, Knives are slower but have a higher accuracy bonus, I would suggest Dragon darts for bounty hunter mainly for the speed and the extra bonus from the knives doesn't make up for the speed in my opinion, I also suggest bringing a secondary weapon for people who use strong armor.

I have both 1.6 and Source although Source runs like a snail with 1-5 frames per second. "I pwn joo all with zhe awpOr", Nah I usually go with AWM + USP or Colt/AK + Deagle combos :).
