If you want a stable way then go do BS, Red chins or runecraft but if you have luck on your side then you should do barrows or aviansies.

Im perm muted aswell, and i usually carry 1000 arrows in my quiver so if people ask me like whats my qp or something like that, I just trade with them and show them x arrows. Its only one day.. I have to deal with it for an eternity

Thats one of my biggest problems here. My friend needs alot of guidance in this game so when we do a boss monster I give him the resources do to it and he gives me some runes when I go to barrows with him or something..
