  1. But that's 9 hours of spanscape. And that's like 7 weeks of gameplay. loljk saturday probably.
  2. "Small 'c' creativity". Taking what's already "in the box" (inspired by the phrase 'thinking outside the box') and tweaking it to make something new.
  3. There is a clan (from memory) that allows low levels to leech for free. I can't remember which exactly though (I'm sure someone will fill in this gap)
  4. I sold my bank. I cleared my house and kingdom of anything I could sell. And boom 1xp short. #rq.
  5. A) Raging about split season more than last season. B) ~1500/h using yak (I was only filling with 27 because 2 loads at bank gf time), house tabs and tokkul-zo C) Doing livid after finishing con/agile/farm nice xp waste :>
  6. You could use that argument to justify every bad change to the game ever, including things like Squeal of Fortune. Just saying'. It should be noted that I said I understand [...] the argument, not that I agree with (or subscribe to) it. The fun comes in the form of playing for your own satisfication (set goals for yourself) and not using the achievements of others as a benchmark of what makes you feel satisfied. If your gaming experience is dependent on how others play, you're always going to find yourself in a situation where you're unhappy (not having as much time to play, not having the same gear, such and such). I have no doubt that at some point along the line, they are going to tweak the xp rates. Rarely does anyone get anything perfect the first time, and there is room to move on this. I vaguely remember this being a point of discussion back when the "first" botnuke was dropped. Not only do we want to break bots, but also kill the reasons for botting (although it's near impossible to remove the greed that spawns RWTing). Might work for some.
  7. (1077k to 99 RC) I don't mind Agility once I get into the swing of it, which, sometimes, getting to that point is the problem. The skill I find most annoying, is Construction, simply because of the wristslayer element of it. But given that doing Mahogany Tables it would only take ~15 hours give or take, it'll be easy to split it up over time. tl;dr [bleep] slow skills brb 200m slayer.
  8. Out the door Just in time Head down the 405 Gotta meet the new boss by 8 am
  9. Dont worry, Ill do smith or cons next so you can catch up :>
  10. I dont know why, but this popped into my head:- I really dont know why. I [bleep]ing hate Daft Punk. God damnit.
  11. K. 99 RC then 91 Cons...or the other way around IDK.
  12. I think there was an argument for this as a means of eliminating a certain 'type' of botter. Some people utilising autoers were doing so merely to avoid the grind (which seems stupid to me, why "play" the game at all if you aren't actually going to play). So by having activities such as Runespan which have increased xp rates over the standard training and are less attention intensive, some of those peope may be dissuaded from botting. I understand the "ruining the game" argument for some, but if you want to play the old way, go for it, it doesn't have to change how 'you' (not you personally, just a general comment) play the game. Meh.
  13. TB I shared. Dat sexy blue guy right der. Unspam
  14. "BB Renewed for 5th and last season, which will be split into two parts"
  15. More spannercrafting. Gratz to that troll Naive and probably Katkisser on 99 RCs ([bleep]ers). Sitting now on 320k to 98, which I will invariably get tonight, given troll sleep schedule. Going to be cutting it close to 99 with Breaking Bad, so go ahead an recommend some shows. Anyways, xp left:- 5 squeel spins today. Sapphire, 3 logs, small lamp (unassigned - on agile) and 2x med lamp (rc). I'm starting to think Trollex is at play again, making me not want to change my name away from SoFProd. Apart from Spancrafting, did the DnD's today. TOG for ~9k contruction xp (350k to 91), Pengs and Circus on Agility (~55k xp after Joat). Given that I'm 20k from 91, I might take time out of Span when I'm close to 99 to get that level in before. Anyways, back to work on Friday. Been missing it. As for shows, I'm thinking:- I've watched Season 1 previous, but been a while since then and a whole new season is out to watch :o Wish they hadn't cut Jericho short, else I'd have watched the shit out of that too :ugeek:
  16. Good to see you read only segments of my post. But no, you're right, "I don't get it" And yet, there are several instances - including one that generated this thread - where that is a completely bogus statement. Wait, so, the uproar that's going to come from the whingers is not a legitimite reason because 'stakers and ultra rich wont be affected' but your Joe Bloes whinging is? Well, that seems to make perfect sense.
  17. It's not a matter of the state of runescape. It's - as I believe was previously stated - about the players. We have put such a value on items, to the point where people forking out hundreds and hundreds of dollars/pounds/currencyhere for in game items that, in actuality, are worth nothing except for an intangible amount of epeen that, for the most part, noone gives a shit about it. That makes thigns even MORE sought after, not necessarily by your standard, rule abiding gamer who just wants to look like a boss in his party hat, but by those who engage in RWTing for hefty sums of money (and given the rediculous amounts of money people are willing to fork out for it, one might understand why people sell). You aren't going to change that culture. The only way - and god forbid that I say this with the inevitable uproar that is going to follow - to stamp it out, is to either make the untradable or do a legit Party Hat (here guys, have a PeaHat trollololol) drop to flood out the market and turn them into everyday items. NO ONE will want them anymore, because [everyone] has them. Yes, it'll destroy the market. Yes, it'll leave people screwed, but to stamp out things like this, takes some serious measures. At the end of the day, you aren't going to stop little Jimmy trying to scam you out for a PHat or Joe the Plumber buying a PHat for thousands of dollars, unless they are seen to be less prestigious. But that, will never happen. Because lets face it, "it'll ruin the game", "it'll screw the economy" and god forbid, the rich stakers will just [bleep] and moan EVEN MORE about, what is, at the end of the day, a bunch of pixels in a game.
  18. Have fun training prayer -.- -.- -.- -.- -.- -.- -.-
