  1. So you propose that people don't have their own take on the argument?
  2. I like this idea. But unfortunately, it will cause problems no doubt. "We hate classic" "this has crap graphics" etc etc will start. And we have to remember that it is only up still for nostalgia. It doesn't get updated, thus people will be semi-upset about the lack of new stuff being pumped into it. But, if it was to be put up, I'd definately give it a play.
  3. What is this "fire" you speak of?
  4. Get some DDR3 1336MHz RAM. But seriously, the amount of RAM you have can infact decrease performance. You want plenty of HDD space. Get a top end CPU (Quadcore maybe?) DDR3 ram if the CPU you get can take it. 2 Top end video cards, a top end sound card and i like this monitor
  5. Demand doesn't increase just because supply goes down...
  6. "Our" players? I wasn't aware that "players" could be owned?

Lol. Being harassed for items is something exclusively dealt with by "high levels"??? And it happens EVERYTIME? Dude, wake up to yourself.
  9. \ No. It's assault and he can have you charged and sue you later. Our laws are pretty [cabbage]. You could argue self defence at best.
  10. Way to generalise.
  11. MY BLOGGEH OF DOOM But really, it's my real life blog. Take a look, leave a comment...etc etc.
  12. My latest blog explores a recent protest against the proposed development of a Islamic Religious School in Camden, NSW (Australia). There is certainly discrimination against people within the Middle East (mainly due to the association of Islam with Terrorists with the Middle East. It's [cabbage], and we need to educate people that discrimination is wrong - ALL FORMS. Sadly, because of events such as September 11, Islam has had a tainted image (thanks to some extremists) which people often conform to. *Comment my bloggeh <3

  14. Bachelor of Mathematics Education (about to begin 2nd year) @ University of Wollongong (Australia) Lol @ there being 8 people enrolled in 1st year of the course.
  15. The way I understand, is that "noobs" are those who are "annoying" etc etc. New players are NEWBIES. Of course they get a bad rap, because their is a sense of elitism amongst the more "senior" players, who often forget the days in the past when they were new, without money, items or a clue.
  16. He has a different opinion to yours. Deal with it. It's called life.
  17. As mentioned in other threads, I'm pretty happy with the latest update from Jagex. There are a couple of issues I have (quest points defining the trade limit), but this has been countered with the creation of the Grand Exchange. Sure, most people will be buying at the "average" price (if you will accept the word average), but there are individuals that will be desperate to buy and will pay the highest price. They have (temporarily I believe) removed Player Killing (PKing), whilst compensating by making Duel Arena available in F2P as well as having this new bounty hunter game. Some of you will be thinking that they have ruined the game, but they have been proactive in the attempts to balance out the changes. Of course, there are tweaks to be worked out. Sure, there are people that are pissed off about the changes (strikes/mass "retirements"/protests) and that is their decision to make. But, as with everything else in life, it is 100% impossible 100% of the people 100% of the time with changes and decisions. I accept that they've made the changes, and I can spot that they are trying to balance stuff out (especially whilst attempting to stamp out Real World Trading - which is unfair for all) by adding new items to balance out changes. Sure, people are saying that that this is the end of Runescape, or that it is irreversibly broken, and again, that's their opinion. I for one am enjoying the fact that their is the Grand Exchange (fast sales and purchases) and reduced macro numbers. I for one, don't believe this is the end, but rather a new beginning.

You are welcome to boycott the Grand Exchange, as it is your decision to make. Many people find it a heck of a lot easier to buy and sell items in bulk quickly and easily. Personally, I can offload 2k steel bars, buy back ores and nats within no time, where as before this was a massive operation. Good luck without it :)
  19. I'm inclined to agree with these sentiments :)
  20. Thanks for that. Wasn't really sure, just assumed they'd be similar (each hit is worth 4xp after all). :)

    1. What is the "most correct" definition of a noob champ? Oh, and I didn't say anything about you calling me a noob. I said No mention of you calling me that. 2. I didn't say pixels are important to me. In fact quite the opposite. YOU are the one whining about not being able to get a picture because of a "noob" being in the way. 3. If you are playing for fun, then you would be able to deal with not being able to get a perfect screen picture. It would seem that you are taking it a bit seriously. 4. If you don't want to have people around, don't test gravestones. 5. I don't need to drop my whole kit, so go ahead an "dare" me all you like.
