The "difficulty" of a quest is a qualitative variable. That is, instead of being able to label it accurately with a number (quantitative), we have to make a subjective statement about the difficulty of the quest. As with any subjective measure, it is heavily based on personal experience/thoughts/feelings etc. Just use it as a guide, rather than gospel.

I'm all for freedom of speech. If that means people denying the Holocaust, then fine. The concept of Tu quoque comes into play a lot in countries that claim freedom of speech these days, with them often demanding the suppression of the ideas of certain "extremists". The Holocaust in my opinion did occur. The images recorded and taken of death camps and burial grounds in my mind is just to heavy to ignore. That said, if there are people out there that wish to dispute this, then so be it. That said, it is against the law in Austria (David Irving case recently) to deny the Holocaust. This is possibly to do with the heavy toll that was dealt upon Austria. Germany for many years had erased history of the Holocaust. I guess what it all boils down to is that, really, it is not "Freedom of Speech" that we enjoy, but rather "Moderated Freedom of Speech".

Having been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, I was given a number of techniques to use by psychologists and psychiatrists. The tablets they had me on worked pretty well. But, now that I'm off the drugs:- - Exercise (walks ftw) - Going for coffee (I'm friends with a few of the barristas at Gloria Jenes) - Shoot 'Em Up games (macabre of me right?) - Metal music (I love Melodic Death Metal) - Writing blogs Yew.

I've got no doubt that there is a need for the censor to be there. People need to be taught (even if through gaming) that vulgarities shouldn't be used :D even though I use them myself. Look, I'm an f2p so you might think I'm biased, but I'm trying to be objective in my arguments and reasoning. The question is SHOULD f2p get skillcapes. For Gaining 13.1 million experience points in any skill is extremely difficult for any player, and is quite an achievement. Not just for getting there, but also for having the mindset to be able to keep going to get there (I personally have 99 firemaking banked, but am still to start burning. I'm a procrastinator from way back). It takes time and effort. In the most part, I'm inclined to think that f2p has a tougher time with several skills, due to there being higher payload items available in members. That said, that's not necessarily true for all skills - strength, attack and defense for instance. Smithing in another example that there is generally a very similar availability, but the creation rings of forging maximized the payload on a bag full of iron. Just like $1m in life is $1m earned or won, a level 99 is a 99 whether earnt in f2p or members. I don't see why US$5/month should define someone's worthiness of receiving a "cape" to acknowledge the achievement. yoda9931 I pay by watching freakin' ads. Against I guess that the main argument that comes to mind, is that members are paying US$5 into the pocket of JaGex so that they can pay for staff who monitor the game and create the updates etc etc. Advertising is how f2p play, but the cheque from the company's only comes in once a month. Membership fees are paid every day (presumably) ensuring a constant supply of money. I don't really have more arguments because I am not a member. Feel free to add. On a final note, there are people who say "if they don't like it, just pay for membership: There are people who don't have the means to pay (credit cards, like myself), or parents who will pay for their kids to play an online games. Don't bother using the line of argument.

Recently, a guy in Finland, posted plans to shoot up his school. Nothing was done. He went ahead, walked into school and started shooting people. There have been incidences where plans for violence (shootings included) have been made and known about, and nothing done about it. I was at school with a guy, who planned to "cut up" several people, having listed them at school. You know how [bleep]in' scary it is? No.

Lookign at a 95 uai :) Once you are in uni (if its where you want to go), you have to work hard, but any mark is possible (a pass or even a pc is all that matters though!). But for the time until you are in uni/tafe or until you get into full time work, just make the most of the time off :D

I've recently invested in an English translation of the Qu'ran/Quran/Koran. I have a bible lying around, as well as the Satanic Bible (Anton LeVey) I'm more a less an atheist, but I find myself wanting to explore the theist beliefs, mainly because I've been raised to challenge things and grow intellectually. I guess that I just want to see if I can understand why so many people are so engrossed in the notion of religion. In short, I'm apathetic.

You know why people were so weary of using Windows Vista when it first came out? It was new. It had (and still has) bugs that need to be tweaked, and changes to be made. Expecting brand new updates to be 100% "perfect" is insane. If you don't like them, don't go into the area and don't play the mini-game. You need to seriously rethink you decisions to take valuables into the area also. If you don't want to lose things, don't take them with you. It's a simple concept.

If kids hit the "Under 13" button for their age, they are prevented from signing up. That isn't to stop them lying about their age. There is no plausible way of stopping it. Just live with it. If you can accept young-ins, you've got major issues.

I am training to become a teacher, and in my latest education subject, there is a heavy emphasis on the concept of intelligence. You think that IQ is what defines intelligence. It's not. It's a SUBJECTIVE measure of intelligence, that measures 2 or 3 of the 9.5 intelligences an individual has, so if you aren't mathematically and linguistically minded, you are pretty much looked down upon based on the "Intellectual Quotient" that you are slapped with. On a different level, the actions of individuals don't necessarily reflect upon their intelligence OR "IQ" (since this is the line of argument you wish to pursue). If you are confronted with a situation you are new to, do you find it is more productive to search alone with no idea or ask for help? People who have nothing beg in the streets, do you call them "noobs" and tell them that they should get a job, a house and a car, even though clearly out of reach? Finally, I didn't realise part of the sign up policy of JaGeX to play Runescape was to submit an IQ test. Unjustified assumptions obviously makes you an intellectual giant.
