Hopefully he'll save his money, rather than purchasing what will likely be an abomination.

terrible text, terrible clipping masks. The colour scheme is meh, and the bar adds nothing, stops flow. Effects kind of shitty as well.- The Style Thread

Far left are my favourite. Aggressive enough looking, while still being sharp. @Maleficus, if you want navy suede shoes, there are many many better pairs to get than those monstrosities.- The Style Thread
Here's hoping they don't look like they've been painted on- The Style Thread
Tweed coat = sportscoat. The fact that is was only $10 makes it all the more worth it to get it fitted to you properly.- Today...

Slim/straight cut chinos (not necessarily in khaki), and wool flannels are good bets. Not trackpants. Dark indigo jeans also work. Corduroy. Google "pants to go with sportcoat" And take your jacket in to be tailored.- Some photography
I've just come back to this thread and been floored by the quality of your work. What I appreciated the second time around was your composition: You've found the perfect balance in almost all of these shots.- italia
To be honest, I'm going to disagree with these comments regarding over-exposure. Firstly, your photos are all exposed well, but yes, in many, the sky is over exposed. What navyplaya, and soa brushed over were the fact that your overexposure of the sky is a stylistic feature of the shot, and moreso, an element of personal style developed over years of photography. I personally like over exposed skies by a stop or two, it brings balance to the photo.- Navyplaya's Mostly Photo Gallery- Updated 6/13/12

Fair enough, I had just walked in from outside. Disagree on the jeans issue. Cardigan, not vest. Thanks for the feedback :). Also, someone's been reading put this on. I absolutely love that look.- The Style Thread
Wore to a party, forgive the moustache and sombrero. Thoughts?- Tribes: Ascend - free-to-play multiplayer FPS

Far out Amnesia is freaky. Best bundle yet though, I'm playing through Amnesia. Didn't pay enough for Bastion, might download it later.- The Style Thread
Ouchy: Go to Hallenstein, there shit is looking good there, and see what's on sale. There is bound to be a coat, or you can check online for their sales. Its within your range.- Pixel Sig WIP
Leave the outline, on a finished piece, it will look more like a united body of art.- The Style Thread
My input: Along with it having been taken in at the waist (will run you about $20 at a tailor in town), please please tuck in your shirt, and ditch the pre-tied bowtie. Pants to match: dark, slim indigo jeans would work, chinos in khaki or navy also. You may think its quirky, it looks more like you've tried hard, and its not working. Otherwise, I dig the look. - The Style Thread
