  1. Have you're party, what you're doing is extremely good cause to celebrate. The next party you have will be over a pile of dead terrorists.
  2. No, but I've been extremely good friends with him since January. As for IRL, I met him in person once, but it was entirely coincidental.
  3. Safe! Yay! Turns out it was my XBL friend who had given me members because he wanted me to play RS with him (he's been asking me to get members for quite a while) The only thing that remains unsolved is how he got my pass
  4. Well, I ran a scan. No viruses or keyloggers. I never gave anyone my pass. This is a real mystery.
  5. Well, I am changing my pass and recoveries just incase. I just got another frightening idea too. I'm already lvl 80 so I already have high level members items from last time I was a mem (granite plte, granite shield, d med, d baxe, etc...) I'm worried that he's waiting for my account to become great, then hack it.

A point made earlier in the thread comes to mind. In some countires and religions, a woman showing her face is about the same argument. Yet we don't find it gross at all. As said earlier, if exposed to it for a long time, you really don't care anymore. Before long we would be used to it.
  7. I know it's nooby and old but at the time I was so excited lol.
  8. Well, the few time that I have had members I use PayPal so...
  9. I'm going to post something that happened to me tonight that I thought was a little strange. I was hacked yesterday but didn't care because I was f2p and didn't really play anymore. Tonight I tried to log on again. This time, my pass was changed back to normal and I was able to log in. When I logged in I got a PM from the hacker (I assume) I decided not to report him after this, so I won't reveal his RSN. I had never heard of him before so I assumed he was the hacker when he PMed me out of the blue. Him: I see you're back on. Me: ? Him: Come to Varrock my world. *I check what world he's in* Me: That's a mems world I can't come. Him: Just come, I have a little present for you. Me: k... *I go to a members server. It logged me on, with a crisp 31 days of members!* Him: Do you like it? Me: Erm, thanks... how did you do it? Him: I just used a Visa gift card I had left over from my bday. I started to type, and he logged out. Hasn't logged in since, but I checked the highscores. He has a decent account, so he probably just removed me from his friends and set his PM to friends only. I really don't understand why he would do this. I mean, he didn't take anything from me, if anything, HE lost out here. My question is this: Has anyone else experienced something like this, or heard of something like this? Or worse, is he trying something more complicated? Discuss.

I don't see the problem either. There has to be some reason it's illegal, but can't think of why.

psssst... http://ps2.ign.com/objects/681/681173.html Awesome game. Also... http://ps2.ign.com/objects/664/664357.html This is a game that didn't do too well, but many, including myself, hold it as a classic. Very fun.
  12. But the sister betrays you and brings it to me instead.

    Destroy All Humans
  15. In elementary school, 4th grade I believe, my schools basement exploded. Scary crap.
  16. After reading the book I rented The Green Mile DVD. I thought I Am Legend was the saddest movie ever until I saw this. Especially the last half hour.
  17. Apparently you haven't read many books. Hell, even Harry Potter, as dull as the books were, kept me reading because I wanted to see who won and how, and what happened to everyone (although the ending was rather predictable, she still managed to make me read all 7 books. I'm just expressing my opinion. I do read many books a year, but in all honesty I stopped reading HP early into the series, around 3 or 4, because I really never cared what happened to Harry, but... [hide=Here be Spoilers]I haven't met anyone yet who has read the Green Mile and not had their heart break for Eduard Delacroix, Mr. Jingles, and John Coffey.[/hide]

  19. A little advice for Deloriagod. While I personally don't believe you are telling the truth, I can't know for sure if you are, so I won't assume either way. If you ARE telling the truth, then I would suggest ignoring the advice to move. It may be intelligent, after reading your stories it seems to react to you, but it also doesn't sound demonic. If it wanted to hurt you, it would have by now.
  20. I'm going to come out and agree with everyone on this thread that has said Stephen King. Currently finishing up book 4 of The Green Mile, and he's the only author I've ever seen that actually makes you care what happens to the characters.
  21. There's also alot of mentality involved. If you look into a dark room expecting to see something, you WILL see something, or at least, your brain will tell you you're seeing something.
  22. Destroy All Humans 3 anyone?
  23. Most of these are probably lies. That's just the type of ignorant attitude that makes people look down on you. And yes, I'm sure a few of these aren't real. But to say most are lies would be a lie in it's self. Honestly, do you really expect me to believe some of these? The nun one is borderline, and some are even believable, but some of these are just too far-fetched to be true.
  24. Hard to explain, but I'm going to say the printing press.
