  1. He's trying to stall, as all death row inmates do. How many years ago was Scott Peterson sentenced to die? If I remember correctly, he's still stalling.
  2. Yup, any Guitar Hero guitar will work with any installment of the game (assuming it's on the same system, of course) OT: Well today for the first time I decided to try MLG, since I've read that the rules restrict most BS. And for the most part, it IS fun. I always go positive when I play with two new friends I met in it, and we always rape and gain XP. After getting 12 XP, and getting to rank 6, we decided to call it quits. It was definitely better than Social Slayer. But I had one big complaint: Why the hell are there rockets on MLG? Seriously, I thought MLG was supposed to be about raw skill! And when you stick to the BR and sniper, it is mostly just skill. Probably the only playlist in the game where skill actually enters into it. But honestly, what was Bungie thinking when they decided to add the rockets to MLG?!?!?!
  3. The Green Mile - http://thegreenmile.warnerbros.com/ The best movie I've seen since I Am Legend. And it's probably THE best book to movie adaptation. Here's a synopsis. The Green Mile is a story told in flashback by an elderly Paul Edgecomb (played by veteran actor Dabbs Greer as his final film role) in a nursing home. He tells a friend about the summer of 1935 when he was a corrections officer in charge of Death Row inmates in Louisiana's Cold Mountain Penitentiary. His domain was called "The Green Mile" because the condemned prisoners walking to their execution are said to be walking "the last mile" here, on a stretch of green linoleum. The main feature of the cellblock was "Old Sparky", the electric chair. One day, a new inmate arrives, John Coffey, a muscular 7 foot tall black male convicted of raping and killing two young white girls. Upon being escorted to his cell, he immediately demonstrates "gentle giant" character traits: keeping to himself, afraid of the dark, and being moved to tears on occasion. Thats all I can post without giving anything away, but I highly recommend it! This film WILL make you cry!
  4. Oh. It's just, in the messages you've sent me we're all text, and when we played Predator a while back you didn't talk.
  5. Yup. It's largely based on Lenin's summer vacation.
  6. Sure, I'll play. rushrock, you in? EDIT: I know I'm not worthy of giving advice to my future master, but Lenin... buy a stinkin mic!!!
  7. So, what... are you saying a game is good or bad based on graphics? Some of the levels were really ridiculous (grab a scientist and use his keycard wtf?????) But trust me, it's fun as hell. Just give it a rental, or maybe even buy it, it can't be more than 15$.
  8. No death penalty? That is some serious BS. Punishment of isolation is a nice idea, but this guy obviously is not of sound mind, isolation won't be muc of a sentence for him.

That's the thing... it seems so perfect, theres something about it I absolutely hate but I just don't know what it is.
  10. In Superman Returns, there is an achievement for entering a cheat code :wall:

I was looking forward to this game, but didn't really like it. Combat system is crap, and there is way too much dialogue. I know it's important to tell a story, but I don't want so much work put into dialogue when the resources could be used to improve the SEVERELY lacking combat.
  12. We were meant to eat meat. Just look at our teeth. We have incisors, to shred food. K9's, to hold meat. We have teeth for both. We are omnivores. Early humans WERE still humans, as we are. So as Zierro has explained countless times, the only reason we don't hunt is because we don't have to.
  13. The egg. The chicken as we know it is a domesticated animal, whatever it came from layed the egg in captivity.
  14. If you mean the shark prop that was used in the movie, yes. But it's supposed to be a real shark.

Hi, this sleeper hit didn't get alot of attention when it was released in May 2006, for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and PC. Also available on Gametap I think. Anyway, remember the old JAWS game for the NES? This one actually lets you PLAY as the shark, in full 3D, in a living, breathing ocean environment, with plenty of juicy pretty blood  Among the familiar locales are: Jaws - The sunken wreck of The Orca, and the bay Jaws 2 - Cable Junction Jaws 3 - The aquarium Also, Mike Brody and Mayor Vaughn make appearences as main characters. Everybody loves screenshots. Now these were made in 2005, so the graphics aren't as good as in the final version, and the blood... these don't show anything compared to what's in the finished version  So, now for the discussion value. For the majority who haven't played it, would you be interested in playing it? And what about the few people who might have played it, did you like it? Discuss.
  16. People need to stop complaining that he should die. He'll get the chair for sure, it just will take a while. It's not an overnight decision to execute someome like it was in the 1800's.
  17. Check out my close range training map! http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=24251287
  18. Exactly. I've known him on XBL for a long time and I would rather do something than brush it off as a bluff. The ones that are ignored are usually the ones that succeed. Re-read my post, because it doesn't sound like you got the whole thing.
  19. This morning I got an XBL message. The message was from a really good XBL friend (for those of you who use General Discussion, it's the same friend who hacked me and gave me membership). The message went out to everyone on his friends list that he was sorry for being such a "[bleep]". About an hour later, he sent a message out to all of his friends that he was going to kill himself. He said that everyone hated him and he hated himself. For some reason, only me and another person on his friends list actually cared. The one friend was someone who pretends to be his girlfriend in matchmaking, but they actually kind of like each other so it helped having her there. We got him into a custom game of forge. We talked him out of it, but he was talking through tears. She had to leave afterwards, but I stayed to try and calm him down. I took him into matchmaking Team Doubles, and aftrer owning for several matches in a row, he seemed normal again. He even went back to his usual routine of making George Bush jokes :twss: After a while we decided to play some RS. So we logged in and hung out in clan chat for awhile with one of my RL friends. After awhile my computer crashed (though by some miracle, no data was lost) and it took about 10 mins to get back to RS. When I came back, he had logged out but my other friend was still in chat. He said that after I left, he logged out. What should I do here? If he hasn't killed himself already, I want to try and keep it that way
  20. Just about every single Dead Rising achievement.
  21. Today I made a huge turnaround for my character. I've sold all my combat stuff, and decided to make my profit as an RCer. Until I get to lvl 35 and do What Lies Below, I was going to craft cosmics. The question is, is there still a good market for them?
  22. Also, how about you can bet against other players on games of chance?
  23. THE Burthourpe could mean the Burthourpe army or guards, as said earlier. Burthourpe is at war with the trolls to the north, and if I'm correct, the mountains oif Trollheim connect to the Wilderness. Perhaps the trolls are trying to get through the wilderness and attack Varrock, Edgeville, etc...? And perhaps the reward could be a new shortcut between the wilderness and Trollheim?
  24. Please just lock this topic then, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble here :?
