Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Well most of the things that annoy us go back to stupid people, they just happen to show up on Facebook a lot (though I usually just don't add them in the first place).

Halo Discussion thread
Funny you should bring that up, I actually downloaded it earlier this morning.

Halo Discussion thread
Hey guys, I need some help testing a map. It's actually one I talked about a while back, but after a test run then, I made quite a few changes. Mind you, the last test was months ago, and I haven't been playing much until recently. This is a general view of Strafe. At the start of the game, players will basically be racing to the top of the map to get at the Falcon. Or, if one team wants to level the playing field, they can stay on the lower levels and collect weapons to take out the Falcon. They'll need them, since stopping to get them means the other team will get the bird. The Falcon respawns every 90 seconds, adjusted from the original 3 minutes, which was really annoying in the test game. Originally the turrets were the human type, but these were overpowered, and it was too easy to just rip them off and go on a rampage. These could well be underpowered against the Falcon though, and re-introducing the human gun might be beneficial overall, especially since there are more precision weapons on the map now. Also, if you'll note the area in the bottom left, the turret in these corners has been removed altogether and replaced with a plasma pistol spawn. I decided that this map is better played with classic settings, where you don't choose the weapon or armor ability you spawn with (actually, the whole thing is improved without armor abilities). However, the main reason this was done was to stop the jetpack abuse. That is, HAVING a jetpack. However, there are two jetpack spawns, one in each tower. I've yet to determine how long their spawn times should be, but they're placed in an area that won't help in getting to the Falcon in the initial race. Due to the fast-paced opening race, it's pretty much guaranteed the pilot will have to take off in a hurry to avoid being shot down or hijacked, and teamates may not have made it. They can't wait around, so I added the circled areas. Ignore the one in the background (the map is symmetrical so it's explained in the foreground anyways). These are areas with some amount of cover where the Falcon can pick up stranded teamates. The one on top is safe because of the building between the rest of the map and the area, and the lower one because in order to pick up players, the Falcon must descend below the rest of the map. Although I suppose it's possible for someone to jump down on it from a higher platform  The grav-lift on the walkway leading up to the lower one spawns at 60 seconds, so it doesn't cheapen the initial race. If you had an AI assistant, what would you delegate it?
Upload a copy to a portable device with a mic and internet access, that's step one. Then have a setup where it can communicate with the one on my computer via internet, so they're one AI with one history. Then just use it to surf teh internetz with voice commands, really. Unless I'm misunderstanding this thread.

"Say what again! Say what again! I dare ya! I double dare ya, mother[bleep]!" - Mother Teresa Anyway, I agree with the posting of "Deep" quotes on Facebook. Especially since they're usually completely irrelevant, the poster doesn't understand the quote at all, or it gets ruined by the fact that nothing on Facebook can be taken seriously.

One bullet through the head, he's 100% less harmful! That annoys me the most in movies. JUST. SHOOT HIM. Ever seen the ending to Hook? The Robin Williams was practically too dumb to live.

- What movie(s) did you last see?
Funny Games - Watched it for the first time in quite a while. Turns out I missed a pretty important plot point, which contributed GREATLY to not liking it last time. Now, I wasn't worried about the protagonists dying, my issue was with the remote scene. But upon re-watching it, I picked up on the point the movie was based around in the first place. Before I took the thing at face value, the events happening on the screen, but that was the entire point: "This is what you wanted, isn't it?" After all, why else did you watch this movie if you didn't want to see some people get terrorized? Why did you want to see that? Frozen - Somewhat badly acted, though not too badly. As TV Tropes put it, Twenty Minutes With Jerks the movie, basically. You spend the first while just waiting for these people to die, because although I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, they're all [wagon] (until later on, at least). Basically, three people get trapped on a ski lift during a snowstorm and because of a few coincidences, no one knows they're up there. They try to survive/escape. I actually found it pretty scary, for this factor alone: It's a situation where there is no pleasant way out. I'm not scared of a serial killer chasing me, he can be outrun or killed. In this case, the characters, no matter how clever they get, are completely and utterly screwed. Well, not entirely true or there'd be no movie. More like, they're screwed, unless they destroy their bodies in order to escape. There we go. The only problem with it, the character that has absolutely no development and is unintentionally annoying is the sole survivor. Shaun of the Dead - Never gets old.- [TF2] It's MANN Vs. Machine!
I wuv Valve diiiiis much! - What movie(s) did you last see?
