5 seconds? I thought the mainland kids were supposed to be better than us. :-# Obviously sprints will help your leg muscles. But there more to sprinting than just legs. Technique and drills are the only way to get faster. Any jogging isn't going to help with technique. My track coach was Hawaii's Fastest Man 5 years strait not too long ago. It's more than just your legs, its all about your entire body... Your head and chest, when you sprint you should be trying to puff your chest out and keep your head high. Keep everything from your hip up and a slight angle foward. Keep your hips tucked forward, almost like a mid hump. When you run, your arms elbows should be bent at 90 degrees. When you stride one elbow should be infront of you, and one elbow should be in back of you. When sprinting, you need to do 2 things with your feet. One, land flat footed. This allows more a "pop" when your heel touches the ground, this uses your hamstring. As you run fast, your feet tend to point outwards, which will slow you down. When you stretch and do drills, try to keep your feet "pigeon toed". It's been proven that if you are trying to get the best times, do not try to go all out for more than 30 yards. As you keep trying to go faster, you start to decelerate, which is why most new athletes suck at track. Once you reach your apex, dont try to go faster, you want to enter a "stride phase," where you will try to maintain your top speed and stress technique. I won't talk about drills, pretty much everyone knows the standard drills.

I'm not going to start a whole discussion about it. I wasn't trying to justify anything, I think guys cross dressing is weird. If you have a problem, then, that's your problem. actually the only empirical reason god shouldnt exist is that we have never observed something disobeying the laws of physics, and that isnt proof that its impossible. You will never have proof of god, and you will never have disproof because the claim of god exists (generally) implies the existence of something beyond empirical observation. This line of reasoning is a leading factor in the growth of agnosticism, I can point to a logical flaw in any religion given time to study their texts and belief system, but there is no logical flaw in believing that its possible for something to exist that doesnt obey what we know as the laws of physics. Secondly, there are quite a few books that say god exists not sure why you are claiming one. Quran, Bible, Torrah(if we wish to differentiate between judaism and christianity), Buddhist texts(Buddhism does believe in gods correct?) and if I wish to get technical any book that involves religions which have a god. No, that's not what I mean... it's just like, I can think of 5 good reasons why there might not be a God right now, yet they can be overrided by, "The Bible says so."? You're ignoring the fact that Christianity isn't the only religion. God can relate to any of the gods, Jesus Christ, Muhammed, Gautama Buddha, etc. The bible isn't "saying so." Have you even read any religious texts? They are like story books....really long story books. They talk about how this person lived their life, whether it was helping people, finding the right way to live, how to be happy etc. It doesn't matter, but your and many other ignorant opinions manipulate the true meaning of them, and there are people who read them. #-o

That applies for just about anything. Like dating. People who date just so they can brag about having a girlfriend are [developmentally delayed], but if they date because they actually love the other person, that's fine. Or sports. That's one reason I'm not playing one this year, despite knowing I wouldn't be cut as there's a rule about it for freshmen. There's just no sport that I really, really like right now, and I don't want to play one just because, well, everyone else does and because it looks good for college. That's what highschool is all about, doing crap to get it on your transcript. That's just life, to get ahead of the next guy. Unfortunate, isn't it?

It doesn't really use layers, at least not in the way Photoshop does. If it does use them it is for purely organizational purposes. I assume you are asking if I could get rid of the use of photoshop all together and technically, yeah, I could. I could probably get a decent result with better lighting and such. However photoshop really helps to get a more favorable result if the product is just going to be a still image. Of course 3DSM is very much able to stand alone and look great too. Anyways I'm thinking I may try and learn the Unreal engine (UT3's map editor) because it allows for communication with 3D Studio max. It would be great to work on my own map at an artistic level. :) I meant if you could get rid of that dark shadow all together. #-o

It's looks okay, but it does look boring due to the mono tone. The circuit board screen thing is pretty cool though, something different from the dotted pattern you put in most of your sigs.

I agree with star. I think Space Invaders is the best, its different. If you find better renders/stock, it'll make a world of a difference in the final product. Another good alternative is to find wallpapers. They're normally huuuge, so when you cut out what you need and scale it down, the quality is perfect. Good luck.

I had an unlucky pet named Lucky too :lol: Not quite as bad as that though :P He just didn't stay in one family for very long. We had him for a year, my dad gave him away, then the people that my dad gave Lucky too gave him away after a year.. and I don't know what happened to him after that.
