Apologies, something has come up and I need to temporarily suspend my work for this project :(. Your frog tokens will convert into the low tier gift box, you get the XP reward box from complex events like Evil Bob/Prison Pete, etc. From the Frog Token boxes, I took the mystery box :P But if you ever get a high level box, be sure to get the XP reward! :D

Revenants will interrupt combat if you are fighting another NPC, this was the case with PKers anyway. You could actually finish off the npc before they could attack. http://news.runescape.com/newsitem.ws?id=899 :thumbup:
