This seems to come up quite frequently here, but I don't really mind. Legalize it. Not saying that only because I like smoking it quite frequently but because of all the other reasons. Did something very, very similar in the lab a while back. BZ oscillation, Berlousov - Zhabtonskii reaction. Pretty much the same concept except we used Cerium as the oxidant/catalyst and the acid was malonic acid, by bromate in sulfuric. (Goes from clear to yellow and so on...).
