I'm 5'8", usually weigh between 165 - 170 pounds. Most of that is fat, however there is some muscle. I'm still growing for some reason, which means I'll probably hit 5'10". Do I care about my weight ? Yeah, I need to do more exercise, I need to get my body fat percentage down. - I walk like 4 miles pretty much everyday, often that is hilly. So yeah, I do get some exercise.
