You have no idea what you're talking about. He does 8 specs in a row and vengeance twice in a battle, he's a pure and is set on ancients... Ok, my point: Who ever casts vengance.. (be it him or a mage side kick) casts it one minute prior to battle, then as soon as they're hit, they can cast it immediately again.. good for pking, killing dharoks fast, killing jad without bothering with healers so much, etc aid spells are in a different class than of offense spells.. they can be cast anywhere on anyone if the person lets them

simple, they cast it, wait a min, engage battle, spec, cast again(if hit), spec away

Alright. Thing is.. construction is 100 percent a money drain skill, and I've noticed Jagex has been doing nothing but money drain updates lately. They don't want these things (rune ores, runes, etc) coming into game any faster than what the fastest rates are now. The game is actually getting a bit better economically (if you describe better as proficiency and elegancy :P)

Dragon dagger accuracy - 50-70 depending on gear msb (range) accuracy - around 150 That's why the specs are how they are :P Plus with MSB you don't need to be close range like melee to do a KOing double hit..

They're a way of showing that you have a skill at 99, Jagex never said the bonuses of them would be great. .. i'm saying they should be :P Don't really care if people know I got 99 or not

Pretty disappointed.. update seemed rush even though it should of come out years ago. Why make all the functionalities (stats) of the capes the same? And give a pointless.. 1 lvl boost.. Suppose jagex thinks 2 hours of fight caves deserves better than months of training.. imo fire cape looks a lot cooler also.. jagex could of been more ingenuitive for such a reward (lvl 99)

there is some educational value for an objective player.

Fight giants or dragons and bank the bones. Green Dragons in low wild or Giants in wild are a good choice. Use a guilded altar.
