Any specific pots, or just some random ones that sell/buy?

Since I haven't trained herblore for months now... whats the best way to do it? Sentry Wolf's Xp/Gp chart states that Prayer potions are cheapest atm (at 6.12 something) and then Super Restores (at 6.5 or so). My main question with these two is if it a logical method, such as, if I can get the ingredients well enough. I have plenty of money, but getting any ingredients could always happen to. Any advice on the subject of herblore training is welcome. Thanks

Since 70 runecrafting is needed for all skills 70+, and since I haven't runecrafted for ages, heres my question: What method of runecrafting is "best" for my current level to get to 70? Like such as in speed, profit, and speed + profit mixed. I do have lunar teleports incase ZMI is best, and have the summoning level for abyss creatures as well. Also, should I buy or mine my own essence. I know this mixes with profits and such a lot, so any advice with how you deal with essence, please share. Thanks

I'm totally sorry if you put this in each section but: With each thing you have to do, make sure you included if its done daily, weekly, or whenever you feel like it. You don't want people to think they can do the Tears of Guthix minigame everyday :ohnoes: Also with tears of guthix, I don't know if you want ot put this but to be able to do it weekly, you have to gain 200k xp total within that weak (or 250k xp, can't remember) or a quest point. (Also can't remember the exact number.) I believe you have to do this, but I might be totally wrong..... :|

From my knowledge, there are 3 main ways to get summoming shards: 1: Buy form G.E. or Pikkupstiks. Both a joke, so not gonna even talk about this, kay? 2: Trade in pouches to the Gu'tanoth guy. From my formula thing I made in excel, with updated prices, if you buy the pouches for medium, which I'm sure with some you can get for less, the lowest shard/gp is just about 22, like 22.3. Does this dumb or sound right? Could my forumla be messed up? 3: Buy shards from the RSOF forums using junk. The average price for these are around 18 gp each. Now my question is, which option is best. I'm gonna guess go with the guys on the forum, so I have two questions about them. How do they get their shard prices low? Are they just trying to get rid of them after a large summoning goal, or ..... ? Also, how do I get junk, or what is the best junk to get, to pay these guys with? I have no junk atm, and am thinking about using the store-junk-making-guide-thing in the Player Guide Forums, so is this a good idea? Or what is the best junk to get/make/use?
