its very consistent against melee armor, its kinda like a magical range attack.

dont judge a book by its cover, its stats outnumber the crystal shield and the rune defender. its used by all classes so i personally wouldnt call it a waste of cash. yes.

35+ got mine for a slight discount, 34.5m. :)
