being an ex bus driver i'm sure i've seem as bad driving as it can get. the drivers of birmingham must've got their license off the back of a cereal packet i'm sure. :wink: here we drive on the left, and i hate drivers who turn left, but only look to see if the road is clear from the right, not into the direction they are going to. then they realise they can't get through or drive right into a driver coming towards them. i also hate parrallel parking, i can go in forwards backwards standing on my head if needs be, but parrallel- forget it. i hate it! being a disabled driver too i hate peeps who park in the disabled bays. i'm not disabled enough for a badge, but its annoys me when peeps who have no need to use em do so, purely out of lazyness :twisted:

don't go for spaniels- mine you only haveto look at him and he drops hair . luckily he doesn't set off my son's asthma otherwise he'd not have lasted the 7 years we have had him for. non shedding dog will be hard to find imo. you'll want a breed that will need shaving, like a poodle or old english sheepdog. if you are getting from a pound you can try before you buy kind of thing. they'll want to be sure you are right for the dog as well as the dog being right for you. i hope you find a nice one, my milo is a wonderfull companion. piccies please! :wink:

on the news yesterday, anyone at Alton Towers with the ring tone will be water pistolled by the staff. and they are encouraging people to ket staff know if their friends are using it, so they can get squirted :wink:

i burn so easily, i have skin that has burnt alot just from a 20 min stroll in the middle of the day. i have learned to cover up as much as possible so i minimise the burning

ok i'm no fan of this movie, but i'm being dragged along to see it with oh today. i haveto proof it for my son to see if its appropriate for him and his mates to see on their own. i have a feeling i'm going to be very bored :twisted:

when hubby had some teeth removed recently he was told not to eat anything, also was given other meds than ibuprofen.that medication can irritate stomache and give ulsers if taken with no food. i have no idea what the one tablet does but ibuprofen is intended for you to take with food, and after having teeth extracted- that has to be one of the things you don't want to do. glad to see your shoulder got better really easily though. i've suffered with a frozen shoulder for almost 3 years, so i can imagine a lil of the pain you had with that one. good luck anyway :wink:

anyone who plays wow know you try and takeit nice and slowly, not just run in and get em all aggroed on you. i'm surpised the leader lasted as long as he did. :twisted:

i wish you and your family happiness, and don't shurk out of changing her bottom heh :wink: when i was younger(before hubby and kids) i used to spend alot of time with my neices and nephews, and even saw natalie being born in a panic at mums house. she was born while my sister was coming down the stairs, no labour or nothing.she is 15 now- almost old enough to have her own. at least you get to give them back - can't do that with my kids. :twisted:

personally i grew up when cons was in power. i can remember my mum working over 40 hours a week just to try and survive.i would never vote tory- a vote for them means less money for lower wage families( as i am) at this time, hubby can work 20 hours a week and we still can survive to pay the bills due to the wftc and ctc.thats what labour bought for us. prolly the only good thing they did tbh personally i don't want to go to how i can remember my mum being just to pay the bills. i didn't vote for labour either purely for what they did with all the problems with sudam etc. i didn't approve of what they did. i voted lib dem for the simple reason its was the lesser evils of the 3 parties. they all stunk tbh, and none of them deserved to be voted in. i can only hope labour can do a better job of a messed up country, and not allow it to become the state it was in under the tories.

going for a walk all by myself, and getting the feeling i'm the only peeps around. i could shout my head off and no one could hear. or going for a walk after a rain storm and smelling wetgrass and the feeling of freshness in the air.

mwahahaha i live like a mile from that factory :twisted: anything cadburies i love, but donuts has to be my ultimate sweet stuff. i know its not candy/sweets , but its my fave anyway. sainsburies do 10 of em for 99p. ammazingly bad but so cheap. and no i don't eat all 10 to myself (5 in my family, we get 2 each)

i play a hunter and basically from what i've read on european forums, we are going to be nerfed in fridays patch. i've made a alt char(undead mage) just incase sluggster is unplayable. oh btw can people from other servers chat to each other? i do know horde and alliance can't (yes i am a total nuub :P )

i thought i was being a lil stupid quitting a ok char in rs for wow, but i've found there is things to do for every level, not like rs where everyone has to have the best stuff and is ridiculed if they don't. i may be only level 20, but i've never been called a noob, or anything like that in the 6 weeks i've been playing. i may not be able to make everything in game like i could in rs(well almost) but that doesn't matter. you are not judged on your level, that i've encountered anyway. and i was only begged once! thats a major achievement if nowt else. i used to get begged at least once daily on fat slug. :evil:

only for a few kills tho after you have rested,- your xp bar starts of blue after rested, and you get a little more xp, after a few kills the bar turns purple and you get no extra bonus. therefore if you are travelling to another part of the map its worthwhile taking a lil detour to a inn and rest for 3 or so secs, just to get the extra xp(imo anyway)

hubby and kids play eq2, i didn't like it when i tried. hubby has stopped up all night playing it, its very addictive. graphics look nice i must say. now WoW- ever since i saw a screenie i wanted that game.(kids bought it for a surprise on motherdays) as far as i'm aware there is no caps on xp, but i've only just hit lvl 20 so i'm not an expert on it. i love the graphics, and i love not being stuck in one area . but the best for me is that you don't lose your stuff when you die(lose 10% durability on yr items) so you don't haveto worry about losing your best stuff. WoW for me personally

if rover does go, there will be alot of unemployed brummies around. alot of peeps depend on rover in birmingham. i personally know of a few guys that work there, lets hope they can be saved once more. and what about the factory in longbridge, thats one huge place that'll be derelict

end of sept 01 for me. lasted a week on first char, then have played fat slug since then. one fond memory that stands out was when aggie first started dying capes. so mane jaggies, [bleep]gies and other variations of her name. and i was given 50k for my purple cape :mrgreen:
