  1. i've been losing weight over the summer(1stone so far)but now i think i'm getting a lil stuck- any advice on excersise? my diet is perfectly fine, and i'm excersising by brisk walks for 20-30 mins once min/twice often a day. i'd like to do a lil more but having a injury/disability to my shoulder means i can't do alot.- any advice on something i can do? bear in mind that my right shoulder will not move more than above my breast, and it will not support any weight at all( i drop stuff from the pain i get) also it has to be cheap/free. i have 0 income atm cuz of this disability so i can't really afford gyms and such places
  2. i get pins and needles constantly in my ring and little finger on my right hand. its is due to slight compression on one of my nerves on my elbow, following a r.t.a i had almost 3 years ago. after scans and tests i've been told it'll go away on its own accord. its not painfull or owt, just plain annoying. i also get it in my legs if i kneel on em, good fun trying to walk on them when i get it
  3. my personal beiliefs is that my body will just rot away, but i would like to think that my soul, personality essense of life will still be around to guide others for a while and try and help them in their times of grief after my death. then i believe that my soul will go to another place of better excistance, with other souls(good and bad) untill a time as to when another person is born in the world, then i believe i shall be "recycled" into another person.(reincarnation?) i have read that some people can recall their last life, some with great detail that only the soul that was in that body would know about. but in truth the only way any of us will find out what happens is when we die. what about the out of body experiences that peeps have? does anyone think these are the body/brain paying trick or does anyone think its a step towards heaven and equivillant? if we all have them, then why do only a few remember them as well? o/t a lil: i certainly don't believe in hell and heaven, i think that was something the past religeous peeps made up to try and bully people into becoming better citizens.(sorry if this offends) i certainy don't believe in a "god". again i feel it was something that was around to make peeps behave and get some kind of order into their lives. i do believe tho that certain religeous peeps was born tho: i.e : jesus, and all the others. but i think they was just regular peeps who just chose to believe they was special in some way.

  8. it was from that games site that our family found runescape  i loved the castle thing, with the peeps that went on a treasure hunt (can't remember its name) and the the guess the monster. i was in the charts for that
  9. english springer spaniel (aged 7) called milo. he was named when we resued him aged 18 months also a 18 month old house guineau pig, cross breed called rodney, but he answers to sqeaks/sqeeky more than rodney
  10. 32 here- and have never been ashamed that i play games on a pc. my husband and children ahve all played rs at some time in their lives, and all are proud of it. runescape is not some game that you can only play because you are a teen- its for all ages. my middle child (he is 10) has got most of his school friends to play runescape, and they are not even bothered that his mum plays the same game. in fact i'm waiting for the "can you make this for me, or can you come help me with this quest?" pc/games/entertainment is for everyone! you don't stop reading/watching tv because you become a certain age- so why should pc's be any different? adults just don't boast that they play as much as youngsters do, so its less obvious that we play. *shuts up with the rant*
  11. try the sales forums
  12. first day of school i got hit by the teacher i moved house when i was 4, from a school authority that you didn't start school till a child is 5 to one where the starting age was 4. so i started school halfway through the school year and on my first afternoon in school i wasn't aware that i wasn't allowed to go and play on the climbing frame in the afternoon. so me being me went on it, which resulted in a smack on my bottom by the teacher. my mom went mental at the school! i sorta attract trouble tbh, if there is a problem going around its almost certain that i've caused it, stuck my nose in and made me in trouble that way, or being accused by others of starting it. oh well- things haven't improved much since i left school and became a adult either
  13. you are doing something that i'd grab the chance at 100 times over given the oppormany of us wish to make this planet a better place, but YOU are doing something about it! i wish you can do your part in helping those people in africa become a better place to live. no one should live as some of those people have no choice but to do. lots of pics please

  18. have any of you been to london or in fact any uk city? its made up over every colour, race, religous sect going, as is all british cities now. us british are a mixed race country, not just white english snobs who eat tea and crumpets(well i do but i'm weird anyway) who ever did this got someone from every race colour etc going. on the news last night there was an african hurt, american too. who ever did this has made everyone mad, not just a typical english person. our country has expected a attack like this for months/years. it was expected leading up to the election almost certainly. i'm just pleased that the emergency protocolls that the police/health people/firepeeps etc had trained for worked out so well. the bus exploded right outside the medical association thus prompting immediate help- i'm sure that saved a life or two. if london hadn't been so clogged up then one or two more lifes might've been saved too. london needs to sort out their congestion so more lives can be saved if god forbid something happens like this again. personally with all the chacks airposts/sea ports suddosedly carry out, how did so many bombs get into the country? we need to be more vigillant to stop this happening again just my thoughts/opinions
  19. discussion only please, flaming threats and other such will result in this one being locked also.lets keep it friendly  discuss away!
