On another forum i saw a topic telling people how to sucessfuly appeal to offenses. On my main account i have 8.2 blackmarks and this guy would have 10 if he had not appealed. One thing that i noticed that he was p2p. I am f2p and i was wondering if you can still appeal to offences. Thanks to all in advance for replying to this topic.

i have a f2p str pure with no skills. its caled world 16 air running. its not very fast but it works very well. after i got 200k i merchanted till 1mil :D drop trading is too risky in my eyes. i tryed it once, lost 2 rune scimmies :x

see, im not the only one who thinks that jagex will never go as far as removing personal trades. if you still think they will think of this: if someone only wants to give someone something, do you think that they will go to the grand exchange, put an item in for free for everyone to see and then youre friend has to go get that item...no! Jagex is going to keep personal trades. if people are hot happy with the Grand Exange, just dont frieken use it!!!

you do not have to use the grand exchange if you dont want to, stop worring yourself about it. all this talk about economy and other crap like that doesnt really apply, this is a video-game, not your life!!! if its youre life you better get a job. in my opinion jagex will just lose a bunch of players and make a price were everyone has to sell/buy at, just like in the general stores. srry for flaming all of you but it is true...
