Yea, it is one of the difficulties when a lot of the image-dimensions needed are a lot greater than most in-game ones taken. Here's a vector-drawn crimson charm, if you fancy it - just quickly done, seems the colours may be a little off but would resize nicely for a signature. It's pretty easy to do and I always feel it's worth perfecting these things with a signature / banner item. If you want big images of charms, catch spirit implings and screenie the chatbox when it says the impling was carying some charms.

Jagex Mods posted on RSOF saying mouse keys were alright but a mouse/program that constantly clicks isnt allowed. Don't do it, you could get banned for macroing. :/

Sorry for the late response EDIT: I tried the grapple route and it isn't faster at all. The grapple animation takes way too long (5 seconds?) After Ardy Diary 3, you can change watchtower teleport to Yanille, which brings you right in front of the pet shop. I think that would be faster.

That is correct. It's to avoid people creating tons of accounts to reserve names (or so I would imagine). Because 2 different accounts cannot have the same Log In username.
