70 range and strength with 31 prayer would be alright but you'd still be fighting against people with 80 range and strength. You would max higher but prayer drains fast

@litterbug Leveling up prayer early puts you at a huge disadvantage Your opponents will have 10-12 ranged and strength levels on you at 31 prayer, even more with 44 That's alot considering there is no prayer potions, it does not last a long time and it is a [bleep] to recharge
