  1. Granted, but the quality is so low you wish you had downloaded perfect quality music with viruses instead. I wish I could predict the future.
  2. While a few of you high-leveled guys feel that the requirements for this quest is a walk in a park, let me admit that certain level requirements for me is a punch in the face. On saying that, I will start the quest before 2008 ends.
  3. If you guys haven't noticed already, I need the levels for the Grandmaster Quest and I'm really stumped on how to to train as they are one of my lowest levels. My herblore level is 57 and my farming is 56, need help to get them both to 65 without spending more than 3.5m (That's all I own). Is it possible, if so please share your methods.
  4. *Goes off to "Help and advice" section for farming and herblore advice* Seriously, is there any way to get 10 levels of herblore and farming without throwing away at least 1 million gp?
  5. Time to blow all my 4m for 8 levels of herblore, 9 levels of farming and 2 levels of magic. And I've already placed 165k for the dragon claws so if anyone wants to sell em...
  6. Oh darn, was looking forward to this quest... I'm off the herblore and farming level requirements by about 10 each and the magic by 3. Guess I know what I'll be doing the rest of 2008..
  7. Got Akimbo Assassin today, wanted to get that plus two other achievements for not healing and not shooting your teamates but ended up only getting that.
  8. As happy as I am for that news, I think that this belongs to the video games section.
  9. Tried expert on No Mercy today and I have to say that it is killer, me and my friends only managed to make it to the subway before we gave up.
  10. I experience a totally different gameplay from you. Whenever I play with the AI, Zoey is always the most relaxed person with the least amount of kills and least amount of damage taken. Louis would get average kills but always dies off for some reason. Bill and Francis would always be fighting for the top spot. And my favourite player is Bill.
  11. All I need is to find someone with the Orange Box disc and I can play 2Fort and Hydro again. I dropped my disc and it got scratched, now whenever it loads 2Fort it freezes and Hydro will have whacked up graphics such as no floor etc. the rest of the maps, are fine however.
  12. Sorry for late reply but my comp's been down this few weeks/playing L4D on my 360 non-stop. Anyway I saw a L4D PC version for sale earlier today, I can't remember the exact amount but it was either S$58.90 or S$68.90 and you'll get a poster and a mouse pad for free. My 360 version cost me S$68.40.
  13. Soldier Front or Combat Arms?
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z131ijDmhjM Wow, cr0wned IS possible! :o
  15. Having some serious rotten luck in "Versus mode", at least 4 times did our opponents get a tank at the start of the game and at least 4 times did we die directly outside our saferoom. The AI Director is unfair, my opponent gets like no tank, no witch and minimum spawn of horde while my team gets a witch, tank and countless horde ambushes. I think the Director is programmed to dislike guys with bad connection rate..
  16. 1. Disconnection, plain and simple. Nothing more frustrating that owning some noobs when everything goes black and the disconnection sign pops up. 2. Little kids who always talk like they're in charge and ordering us to do this/follow them. They mean well, but it's annoying. 3. This isn't in the video game but I hate it when someone is watching you play and they ask you tons of questions and point to where they think you should go.
  17. It seems as if everyone on the 360 playing online in "Versus Mode" is only using the "No Mercy" campaign, well this could most likely be that everyone is familiar to it thanks to the demo. My friend is awesome, he bought the game on 17th and had completed the whole game and unlocked 3/5 of every achievements. Here's a few tips when playing: One thing to note is that unlike the demo, the whole map is scattered with molotovs and pipe bombs so you don't have to worry when using them, just use it and you'll walk up to another one within 20 seconds. And please do not neglect the propane and gas tanks, they are lonely. Boomer: Zombie version of a suicide bomber Ability charger: Slowest Advised method of attack: Stealth and shock. Sneak up/be a spy to get close to the survivors then go crazy and reveal yourself. Your job is simple, get as close to the survivors as possible, spray your vomit and then just claw til you die. You are a walking bomb and you should play that way, you should expect death upon vommitting. If spotted from a reasonable distance, run away in a zig-zag manner as you will die in one shot. If spotted from a near distance, try to get as close to the humans as possible. Hunter: It's like a virus that spreads Ability charger: Fastest Advised method of attack: Stealth The Hunter is perfect for hiding in dark rooms and slowly ripping the team of 4 one by one. Strategy is simple, hide and wait til the team goes past you and strike. Your charger is the fastest so you shouldn't worry about recharging. If spotted by all 4 members, you can either try to escape or spam your ability among them and do as much damage as possible before dying. Never stay still unless awaiting spawn, best used when victim is horded by the horde. Smoker: Zombie version of a Sniper Ability charger: Average Advised method of attack: Stealth, just like a sniper. You should always try your best to head for the roofs when in ghost mode to find a clear view of where your victims will go to. Once you see someone, just launch your tongue and hold the button. 75% of the time the survivors would just melee it and you can wait for the charger for another ambush. If spotted, do not run simply just back up until the roof blocks your victims from seeing you. If there are no roofs, attack from far places with obstacles to hinder your victims' vision. Tank: A Zombie bulldozer Ability charger: Average Avised method of attack: Go crazy You're like a suicide bomber only tougher to be killed and cannot hide. There isn't much strategy to this, you just run towards your victims using the fastest route and mash your attack button in hopes of knocking all 4 of them down, one knock and the humans fly back. You're guaranteed to be spotted so do not bother about hiding. There is a risky technique with the secondary attack, you climb up a roof and use it. You'll be hurling huge chunks of boulders down to the floor and it will take awhile for you to be killed. Risky part is that you might not get the target on time before you loose control of it. Survivors: Human version of zombies Ability charger: None Advised method of attack: Stay together You have one main goal and that's to make it to the safehouse, you should always be making a mad dash to the safehouse at any stage. The only other rule that should be important is to stay together as there is no chance of surviving with 2 or less people. There is an exception however, when a member gets left behind either by attack or bad controlling. In this case you have a choice, either everyone go back or leave him there. Reason being that if a few go back while the remaining continue, you are all going to die. The special zombies are walking around you, finding stealth spots and waiting for you to split up. Don't give them this chance. Also remember that melee is a good friend. Lone Survivor: Everyone hates to be left behind, and to make things worst a horde of zombies are coming after you. By now either your whole team has come back to help you or they have abandoned you. If the latter happens, you are screwed. There are ways however to survive the zombies. You only have one best friend and that is the limit that prevents special zombies from spawning near you. Use it to your advantage and walk in narrow places where the zombies have difficulty reaching you. You can then pick them apart one by one before it ripps you to shreads. In no way are you fighting to survive, you are guaranteed to die. You are just fighting to get your name to the top at the end of each round for pride. Another note is that when playing as the infected, you guys are a team too. Unless you are the tank, rushing in going LEEEROOOY JJENKKKIINNSS is sure to get you killed. So work as a team and plan your attack, but don't spend too long. That's my advice after playing the game, hopefully some of you will find it helpful.
  18. Being infected is WAY more fun than being a survivor. My favourite atm is the Smoker, only problem is that my connection sucks badly and I always disconnect.
  19. While you were enjoying yourself spraying that, I sneak behind you and take the cheese. I run to my house and arm myself with a sniper rifle leaning on my window awaiting whoever wants this cheese.
  20. Normally I would use guides to complete quest, however when a quest is released and a guide has not, I'll usually freestyle them.
  21. My 360 always freezes whenever a vote to restart the campaign has been agreed at the loading page.
  22. I was 11 years old and my friend told me about this mysterious game that was fun. I couldn't remember the name and he told me to search "Run" and "Escape" together and bada bing!
  23. So we just need to do 10,000 treasure trails? Sweet, I'm only 9874 away from my first 3rd Age Armour.
  24. It's the thought that counts! :P Just remember, your friend could have died but... IT COULD HAVE BEEN YOU D:
  25. I just realize that I tend to get more shocked while playing L4D if I'm with a group, as opposed to playing by myself where I would be silent.
