I trained at blue dragons from level 60-70 and beyond. I reccomend it because it can bring in a nice bit of cash with collecting the bones and hides, even if you burry the bones :). If your curse hit successfully you cant curse again. OP it doesn matter really what you attack but what you want to do is wear the most negative magic attack bonus armor you can find. I found full rune about does the trick, that way even if you curse a spider you will never hit it. (try to get like -60 magic attack bonus)

The higher the "ore" tip of the arrow the more damage it causes. It wouldnt make sence if bronze arrows did the same as rune now would it? And i found that the higher the arrow the faster it breaks.

I suggest then get some feathers, tinderbox, wc axe and fly fishing rod, because near security stronhold exists fly fishing spot, then you dont need to go to bank for food, you then can catch it in that spot and cook In the main hall (the biggest building) there is a fire way in the back so you dont need the axe and tinderbox.

I'll try to sum up everything that I read. I actually do range those birds in GWD once a month to aquire my 3k addy bolts per month. I have tried selling addy bars at the lowest price on GE but the demand for them isn't very high at all. Yes I can get about 200k in just alchs there a trip but trips take far to long even if I'm not using prayer. And for Barrows i tride it when i was much lower with magic dart and did over 50 runs with nothing but runes and gp. I should try my luck now but its not the most reliable. And i think this might be a possiblity. And im not selling anything needed for Slayer, I already do have full guthans, (a clue got me my Robin [out of the tons i gelt i've done]) and I'm also working on B2P. So its not like I'm cleaning out my bank for this as i agree that would not be a wise decision. As for Metals/Blk dragons i have done many slayer Tasks for metals without getting anything worth to woo over. I may how ever give Black Dragons another shot as the Bones and hides are a steady income which could pay for bolts if i bought but i make my own. I was thinking of crafting double Cosmics and I've sold 4k or so at the Max GE price quite quickly but I dont know if it will be worth it as Pure Ess seems to be on the rise without the tons of Bots mining it anymore. I am going to train Slayer vigourously soon but, this is on hold until i aquire one important object. This object is the DFS it has a massive +7 sre bonus and an awesome +70 def bonus in all stats to my knowlage. So with my skill set In sig what should i do to save up the 10m more i need to get this awesome item?

My friend used to do this with some success but with the crazy Herb prices people might not buy them now days.

you may not be able to do this now but when you get your combat stats to 80+ you should kill Red Dragons for cash. I believe its 60k and hour, from what i read on Philips guide in the AOW.

Well you could always Runecraft for cash, but the pure ess market has risen alot as there are no more bots.
