Lol, how? Name 2 Does maplestory have a friends list? Or WoW? Or Final Fantasy? I haven't played any of 'em, so I don't know. And I know Maplestory is totally different, but still.... Yes, they have a friend list. All mmorpg's I know of have friend lists (even diablo 2, though, thats a hard friend list to use). Even shooting games, believe it or not, do.

Ya...I hate it when mmorpg's have a "economy". Most adventure games let you earn tough equipment simply running through dungeons...but, in this, you need to buy that equipment by mining or any of the other various skills which the only real use is to make money. I just think that leveling skills should take a little bit less time.

You know...I swear I'm starting to see more songs and poems against the rs updates....now, if you guys would actually sing the song, it'd be great. Seriously, do it. I don't care if you sing good, if you can make these lyrics actually have a beat, it'd be amazing! I hate it when people write down parodies, but don't sing them -.- .

The only good thing about the names P3re (insert numbers here) is that those people who are making those extra accounts aren't taking any original names we could use. See? More for us.

I explained 200 gazillion players (overexageration) that you can't get most old holiday items. They kept asking people, and were getting pretty peeved that no one was trading them apparently.

And yes, video game "suffering" (they haven't felt real suffering, really, just let them figure out they can't walk in real life anymore, that's suffering) is funny. I love anything that ticks off a lot of people. Come on who doesn't? These updates have done that pretty well. But, what I didn't realize was that this update might tick me off to. What ticks me off, is that all my friends are gone. Ya, I used to have 64 on the list who never came on, but now, all 100 are gone. Also, I used to go in the wildy to give myself a "rush" which I can't now, because all the phycotic child eating pkers are gone. Then I thought "Damn, well, bounty hunter sounds fun. I'll be chicken man!" I attempt that, and I can't bring "stuff I don't need" into there. So, I couldn't use my rubber chicken and chicken suit and easter ring for fun...what the hell? Anyways, I was allowed to go in there with only a rubber chicken. And guess what? A clan of pkers wooped me (they shouldn't of allowed rogues...more rogues than the honest bountiers). Though the rest was pretty good. Oh, and those damned to hell groups of "rioters" are getting pretty annoying to. The worse part though, is those "autoers" stuff they're using. You know, the stuff that lets them press a single key and they yell "NO PK NO RUNESCAPE!BRING PKING AND BRING RUNESCAPE BACK!". Are those type of programs even allowed? And if they aren't, how are these people helping their cause? It looked like from what I saw, that mostly cheaters were complaining. Also, don't they have something else better to do? They should play with their dog or something. Though, there's always some kind of bright side to this. No more "bots". I never saw them as a problem, but hey, less of a hassle. But now, my old version of trading is gone. Not like I used it much, but hey, it was funner meeting the person face to face. We sometime's had conversations (mainly reminiscing about the day's of old online). But, what they REALLY ruined was pking. Maybe they could bring the RSC system back, but let you switch it as many times as you wanted or something. Anyway's, just wanted to write that for the hell of it. Merry christmas : (please, no more reindeer hat like items this year :shock: ).

Well...imseeing the "time and dedication" but I'm not seeing the "thought". Any game where a 3 year old can get to "level" 60 at, just by clicking on things near his combat "number" doesn't involve much thought. And, which videogames you play isn't going to affect your daily life...are you kidding me? So, if playing a shooter makes you work at mcdonalds because you want to smash buttons, a mmorpg is going to make you say noob 24/7 and click on monsters slowly as a job? If your tired of the "nerd" stereotype, then you wouldn't stereotype "cool" people as worthless,stupid, and ignorant people who will work at mcdonalds. Some of these "cool" people, are nice (this is a different type of cool...you know, the cool people who help communities and yet somehow are liked by everyone.). You know, this might be the reason people don't like nerdkind...they are quick to judge ._. (OMG YOU CALLED US NERDS, WHICH MEANS YOU GUYS ARE STUPID!). Come on, you seriously can't tell me some of you might be nerds. And if you don't care if your a nerd, why both posting? It seems like your bothered by it. I don't care how long you play, you could still be a nerd. I accepted "nerdom" a long time ago, yet, I'm generally liked by people...maybe if you didn't run around school or other games yelling blatantly, OK WHO HERE PLAYS RUNESCAPE? You wouldn't get 40 msges saying "nerd"....it's nerdy to go to a different game and ask that. It just is. Aight? Understood? Do you need some more lessons? Good. Here's my rational oppinion: Jagex destroyed staking to add to their increasing (rapidly) list of dissapointing and stupid updates. They want to get to level 99 game ruining skill :D .

Well, that's a general response to any Mmorpg. Not rpg's, because I have found few calling Final Fantasy "a game for nerds". Mmorpg's are considered that because a LOT of players (at least 80% of the population) are obsessed over the game, and in some games, they will make their character PERFECT in a obsessive manner. Also, this game couldn't be used in the other definition of nerd "a smart person" because a lot of the players aren't that intelligent. Also, it might be called a game for nerds not by people who use "cheat codes" but by people who play online first person shooters. See, those games don't have cyberers, roleplaying people (you know what I mean), and obsessive power leveling. Though, I'm not understanding what's wrong with roleplaying...well anyways. Some of it is caused by uniformed people who are just saying what their friends think. So, that could also be a cause of it...anyway's, Hippy out.

If we did this boycott, Jagex wouldn't care. They will just get more 9 year olds to play this game. Also, they don't listen to complaining. In fact, I'm doubting they even LISTEN.

Currently, just the bidding system from the game WoW (though you could say that Jagex is copying a LOT of games....I mean, it's not like, I don't know....there's 100 mmorpg's online nowadays. No, it can't be possible. And it's certainly not possible that maybe there was a online rpg BEFORE all these games that had this stuff...*sarcasm). Also, every game company copies ideas from other companies...it just happens.

That was my small 1337 speak version of "JAGEX IS GOING TO KILL TRADING. JAGEX HAS MADE ANOTHER SUCKY UPDATE!". It's just a parody of what people say.

Wait...wait...aren't you being a merchant if you "bid" your items? It's still selling, and you can pick your own price still. Oh and grand exchange came out today I believe.

O.k, I may be a nerd (anyone who plays these online games is...also, nerd means smarter than yourself) and I've been playing since december 2004...and stop being a elitist -.-

I haven't seen any "useful" threads from you. Also, a rant is a rant, it doesn't need to be useful, it's just venting anger (or in my case, minor annoyance).

Here's my point short and simple: stop complaining about the game, and wait till the update actually comes out... whenever someone complains, they basically say something like that, and then when it is set up, they all quiet down and act like the obedient sheep's I'm starting to believe they are. Please...please stop complaining about every update. Oh and don't copy the topic I just made, it's copywrited (oh wait... :shock: there's more of these).

It's the people that haven't seen a riot before...if you want to see what happens when people go in mobs (in a very vague way) watch a zombie movie. Like I said, very vague. I don't trust a lot of the people when they tell me they are my age. Oh, and I don't want to meet the people on rs, I want to meet the people on some other games I play. I have more friends who still play on there ^_^.
