the RoW is pethetic. most drops that people consider "rare" such as whips, godsword shards/hilts (infact, most godwars items), dark bow etc are not efected by the RoW. and even for items that are efected by it, the efect is tiny. the lumbrige ring, being the only ring in the entire game with a prayer bonous,, 150% energy per a day etcm is much much more usefull.

cant we just say "exstreams are for pvm" not "exstreams are not for pvp" thay may look the same but the difrence is there.

after reading the tip.it times for this week, it struck me that after these 3 years, there going back on a suposedly permernent change. but then it struck me again: "3 years in a long time" who knows WHAT wildy or free trade we will be given. this is quite simple really, after 3 years, jagex could of made a bot resistent form of wild/free trade. dont ask me how, or even if its true. now its likely we wont get a "copy and paste" version of what we had, but rather a slightly altered version. it just boils down too: will it be the same, or has work been done to give us free trade without the bots?

Answer the question? Which... weapon that uses 50% of the spec bar. ring makes it use 45% (10% of 50 = 5) any specs that add up to 100% will = 90% at the end. so 2 claw, 4 dd, 1 d baxe, 1 SoL (even 2 dd specs and a 1 claw spec) etc will end up with 10% left over. this means that "takes off 10% of special bar" is corect. but "takes off an amount depending on how much specal bar is used" would be A LOT less likely to mistake.
