I would reccommend looking at the exp per hour and not charms when comparing the methods. I have yet to do tests without 10% strength. Remember waterfiends are 512 exp per

Z spear and sara sword are the same in exp per hour, it all boils down to if you want strength or controlled exp. SGS should only be used for specs

Waterfiends are the best way to train strength if you care about summoning exp. 40k summoning exp, 65k str exp, and 150k profit per hour is very nice

If you dharok them, you will die and lose 160k repairing like me, I guarantee that you will die at least once. With unicorn, sgs for specs, sara sword, and without void, I usually manage 65k exp per hour and 100 crims an hour (90 a trip) using 10% str prayer. When I had my void, I got around 68k exp per hour and 105 crimson per hour using the same thing. Basically for melee void, use basically the normal setup, but swap the stuff for void. There really isn't anything special. I wouldn't bother using void, as I had to pray way more using it than without, and since I kill them in pvp worlds, way more dangerous. Pietying isn't worth it, 12 more prayer pots an hour, aswell as taking 2 trips to use "1" unicorn's time, you end up with 115 crims without void and 120 with void, so you are basically paying 10k for 10 more crims.

Use the saradomin sword, accuracy is not as important and strength when fighting waterfiends, as long as you are using crush. The zamorakian spear has a useless special, but the saradomin sword's special is ok. Not only do you get +7 strength bonus, you can train on strength, which means an effective +3 bonus to your strength level instead of the +1 you would get from spear on controlled.

over 9000 for sure 4.6mil exp is about 12k in pure crimsons, but probably around 9k considering the other charms you get from rock lobsters. Bursting is 1 charm per 4 bursts, and barraging is 1 charm per 3, so 27k barrages or 36k bursts
