About the iPod touch arguement, you are forgetting that it has wifi, an Internet browser, toucan watch YouTube videos, and who knows what else you can find by jailbreaking or through the app store. Infact I am posting from it right now from a modified web browser that you can get by jailbreaking. 3rd party apps are why people mainly buy iPods, since there is a lot of consumers, there's bound to be developers and software that apple doesn't provide itself. Did I mention the iPod touch can call people with he proper hardware and software?

True that the sword is inferior to the zamorakian spear, only reason I can see it better if you are super rich and have the new shields or something. The point is that its a cheap alternative. I believe there should be no doubt that it is better than the hally or dragon spear.

Well I suppose you can use another shield, like DFS or Obby instead of defender for defensive purposes, but I heard armour doesnt help.

I'm sure that if he brought a pak yak full of brews/res, he could of had a chance. The other problem is the thing that drains hp, thats probably the biggest challenge in soloing this boss.

I'm not saying its for poor people, just the fact that you can't buy zamorakian spears without junk now, and its less to lose if you die.

The word is out, the new Corporal Beast is weak to stab. When people found this out, they bought out the entire zamorakian spear market, the best stab weapon in the game. What people overlooked, however, is the Leaf-Bladed sword, normally not used outside of slayer because of its low stats compared to whip. However, it has 67 stab attack, aswell as being 1 handed, which equates to 87 stab bonus (2 more than the zamorakian spear) with rune defender. It also has a decent 50 strength bonus, which is 55 with rune defender. All this at the speed as the whip, and being a mere 45k, about 1/20 of the cost of the zamorakian spear. Would people start using this weapon at the Corporal Beast, considering if you die with it you don't lose as much, and its much easier to get?

Might want to change the part about the 500g granite, you can now cut up the bigger stuff to 500g.

The new iPod Touch looks interesting though, with the new volume buttons. I'm sure hackers will find a nice app for those new buttons besides the obvious. 70 bucks cheaper and 10 more hours of music/1 more hour of video. "New" features has always been available with jailbreaking, so that's pointless. Built in speakers look cool though. Might be tempted to sell my old one and buy another.

hmm I gained around 20mil exp, went from 16mil to 120mil then down to 95mil because of summoning and ags crashing. Got 88 summoning from 60. Pretty good summer \ Now that school starts, I'm just basically logging on to do herb runs, maybe some bosses during the weekends but I don't know. Looking forward to next summer.

Before the summoning update, the timer would continue even when you are logged out.

He probably bought one of his own. I doubt there's a glitch, because from what I heard, heres how the lending system works: You lend for x hours, your item disappears and remains disapeared for x hours. Other person gets a "borrowed item" and loses it after x hours. I don't see how he can keep it.
