If my attack and strength levels together are over 150, then 99 range or mage will not affect my combat level at all, therefore no one can notice it unless they look it up on highscores like herblore. It doesn't matter if it is a combat skill or not, all that matters is that it is not shown in the combat level, and people cannot tell based on combat level whether you have an advantage or not.

if you are talking about how all the no options are split up, it still doesn't matter just look at the yes option and see if its over 50%

If you ban extremes, you should ban supers too. Sure you can buy them; But you can also buy the herblore level to make extremes. The only difference is one person spends their money on the pots, and the other spends their money on the levels. Both are invisible boosts. Also ban ancient prayers and ancient magiks; You can't visibly tell if an enemy has turmoil or ancient magiks until they attack you or turn a deflect prayer on. Maybe you should ban rings too? I don't have the money to buy a berserker ring, so nobody should use one! In the end, it all comes down to money; If you have it, you can get extremes. If you don't, you'll get extremely butthurt that another player has it. Magic is obviously shown in your cb level and its considered a cb skill even if its not accurately shown. Prayer too. And it freaking tells you in your chat if someone is using ancient prays, and even turm has animation. You can lose your ring. you can lose your maul. you can lose claws. you can lose korsai. None of these are even of the same magnitude of game breaking as extremes/ovl. these comparisons are asinine and really should be stopped, as xpx and others have addressed them over and over. most of the time you can't see range in combat level so you don't know if someone has dragon bolts or hand cannon waiting to hit 500s-600s on you without spec most of the time you can't see mage in combat level so you don't know if someone can tb you or freeze you with ancients or venge

For those arguing that you can't see extremes: You can't see korasi's so it should be banned You can't see chaotics until your opponent decides to use one as a ko weapon so it should be banned You can't see VLS or other pvp items so it should be banned. You can't see zerker ring (i) so it should be banned The list goes on and on. Also if you can't spend 2 seconds looking up the highscores of the person you are fighting, then, well, lol

I never said that dharok's is the best option with no prayer, I said dharok is the best option. There is no reason to not use prayer especially when prayer pots cost like 6k each now. The bunyip is not a combat familiar and does not point to where the mole goes after it burrows, and also does not replenish energy, spirit terrorbird is the way to go. Guthan's is not mentioned since its not 2005, it slows down kills, and is just a general waste of money. Ranging is not as effective as meleeing, so obviously it isn't mentioned.

Now that we know the accuracy formula it wouldn't be hard to figure out your chance of winning and betting appropriately. Basically staking had become a form of merching combined with getting the first hit and gambling and all skill is removed

You really don't need any defense if you're not keying. but yeah melee armor is always best if keying. sag body is pretty pointless since you said yourself that you can make a tyrano body without wasting combat time or something. i just like the protection of primal plate it offers, can just slap on mage prayer and run through rooms without having to look at the monsters in it first usually. ofc when you are staying in room for extended periods of time like gds or puzzles you should pray appropriately.

OT: 1% isn't gonna kill you, just deal with it and move on. Also note that when you multiply 552 by 1.22, you get 673 which is 1 less than the actual exp you get, so I think the error is not due to mistakes in rounding but just not displaying the right amount of significant figures.

actually the mole is the only place where godsword would be better than whip often times you only get 1 hit in before it digs but all of that is pointless since the best way to kill the mole is with dh (excluding pro gear like rapier and stuff)

I also recommend hopping for another spawn after you kill 1. It takes wayyy too long to spawn.
