You get full combat exp except when maging where you don't get the base exp for casting. I think you get like 5 exp as the base exp for fire surge. Also note that most bosses give much more exp/damage than regular monsters. Kalgar almost gives it on a 1:1 ratio

I always key. 1-102 keyed 95% by myself. So laws? Yes. I feel that you are just giving useless and terrible advice just to improve your post count. Surgebox is annoying to switch to with 2h because you have to right click. I don't find that being much of a problem but if you do, you can always just bind a baxe.

I don't ss flash except when meleeing and I still usually manage to last 2 ovls unless some stupid idiot comes and starts fail luring. But then again I use a chaotic maul for my melee weapon so ss flashing just comes naturally easier then with rapier or longsword with ccbow. But for all intents and purposes the zaryte is only basically a chaotic crossbow without the ability to fire gem tipped bolts. The only real advantage is the cost, but it cost a lot to start with.

I strongly prefer ccbow with rune arrows, having used both for many trips. Handcannon is MUCH less accurate, which means it takes longer to get the shield off, which means less time spent using your good weapon. That could be partly that I use void, though, which favors ranged bonus from the weapon a lot more than dhide. Ccbow also has the advantage of not blowing up though, one time I got unlucky and lost my handcannon and spare within 3 kills, at 95 fm. I prefer D Hide as hitting a 250 or so, then my Steel Titan specing 200+ is better than me hitting 320 and my steel titan specing 0 due to Protect Range. Then karil's xbow would be better if you choose to use that logic.

Hand cannon is best at tds so the bow is only really useful for those with low firemaking.

It's not just forgotten warriors. Black demons, brutes, and maging across those rooms where you have to make a grapple are all uses for a surgebox. Having laws don't really add any benefit.

I would bind surgebox, it's very useful even if you are keying and needed for a lot of the warped bosses once you do more warped floors. The only advantage of laws is saving 5 seconds at the start making runes and getting a c1 team easier.

If it mages before, switch to range. If it ranges before, switch to mage. You shouldn't be praying melee on melee but soul split.

Arcane stream is awesome. Rapier is for chickens. Maul is for barrows and waterfiends. Longsword is useful in 99% of situations. Well at your level without yak dks is pretty bad Barrows is 1.5m per hour or so no matter what your stats are tbh
