No. Jagex are mostly going to let Rune and MechScape run alongside each other, like VALVe wants to do withh L4D1 and 2, and leave the players to choose what they want. They will not just let RuneScape die. That's like raising a child for 8+ years then throwing it in a river. Then there's the matter of the accounts. Players aren't going to get high-level skills then just abandon it. They will carry on playing, like I will, and probably play both.

No, it doesn't. Unfortunately, when consumed via Cornucopia the food loses it's secondary effect and only heals. However, not sure if this is really On-Topic, but if you put food that heals random amounts, the HP you receive is always at maximum.

An example of AFK (Away From Keyboard) is the people who train on Spiders in the underground cellar of Lumbridge. They have set their computer to mirror a command it was told possibly hours, or even days ago and they repeat it - infinitely. The computer carries on mirroring it's command, while the user is out playing, cooking or even sleeping. It gives people an unfair advantage, as they gain exp for doing absolutely nothing, which is why in some rare cases people get banned for it. Simple things like playing RS with another window up, and flipping through them is not AFK. You are still at the keyboard, and are still clicking and using up your own time.
