I wanted my 2000th skill to be my first 99. I held off fm until I could get it as my 2000th. I would have had both of these a long time ago except I quit playing for 16 months and have only been back playing again for about 8 weeks. I forgot to snap a picture so it wound up in the GE. Yes I did cut my own logs or used the ones from my kingdom.

I decided to hold off getting 70 hunter until I could get it the same time as 1900 total levels. So now I have at least 70 in all skills.

I don't know whats goinin on but I'm not complaining. Got my 8th God armour item in the last week or so. This time Zammy platebody.

Just got another Zammy kiteshield along with Zammy page 4. So that makes 7 God armour items in the last week.

I know you like photos but I can't get one to load. I got a sara platebody as my best drop about a week ago. Since then I've done about a dozen more clue scrolls and the Gods have blessed me. I've had 5 more God armour drops. Sara plate legs, Guthix platebody and kiteshield and Zammy platelegs and kiteshield. Ok so I got photos to work now so here goes. Sara Platebody Guthix Platebody Guthix Kiteshield Zammy Kiteshield I guess I forgot to take pictures of either one of the legs I got.

I've killed countless monsters that suposedly drop dragon stuff and have only ever got 1 item a skirt. The only good drop I ever got was from a clue scroll and I got a sara platebody. Sold it for 1.7 mil. The luck I have on this game, I could have a charector that is completely invulnerable to any attack and did 1000 points of damage. Take it and fight the KQ for 10 hours a day for 30 straight days and I still wouldn't get the chain drop.

You would never see me again on runescape. I couldn't go back to 0 and start over. I would always know where I used to be and I'd look at my new stats and just couldn't do it.

Just as an aside, if you're burning all the logs you chop, you'll be much better off with teaks. They're faster experience in woodcutting and in firemaking than maples, or any other tree for that matter. Thanks I'll give it a try

I only have the quest cape and no matter what other capes I get, that's the one I'm going to wear. It's the only skill cape you have to keep getting over and over again. Anyone who calls me a noob for wearing it, I just ignore them. I'm working on getting 99 firemaking. I don't buy this skill, I earn it. I cut my own trees. I cut maples over by the hop allotment by seers village and when my inventory is full, i light them. I decide to get 99 firemaking because I wanted the adze. After I got 92 firemaking it was like okay, I'm this close let's just keep going. I sometimes use the maples from Throne of Miscellania ( I want the birds nest ) I could buy the remaining maples I need for about 1.2 million but I enjoy cutting the logs myself. With the adze I can usually cut about 40 maples or so before my inventory gets full. If I bought firemaking, I never would have got my raven egg from a birds nest that fell from a tree that I was cutting for firemaking. I will also get farming skill cape. I'm 82 now, so I still need about 10.6 million xp, but I enjoy farming. So when I finally get 99 it will be a great feeling. I work on the skills I enjoy. If others think those are noob skills, so be it. My feeling is if you took the time to "earn" your 99 be proud of it. I always find it funny that people have no problem saying they lost 10 or 12 million to buy there skill. If you "earned" your skill or bought it you still deserve to wear that cape. Let the childish noobs call you names and just ignore them and go back to earning xp.

I might be the only person who's happy his computer crashed. I couldn't play the new high def. My computer wouldn't allow it to download. I rebooted my computer and I'm loving the full screen version. It's killer. Jagex released the high def version on my birthday. Now that I got it to work I can thank Jagex for a kick [wagon] birthday present.

I just got the same reward. 14 lobsters and 3 black d'hide chaps. Worst level 3 clue reward I ever got. 3 months ago I got a Zammy d'hide body, it's gone way down hill ever since.

I brokedown the summong familiars into the categories that they raise stats in or which combat skill they gain xp in. The number in front of the familiars name is the level needed to summon. I voted for the bank. It would be nice to have an organized bank account. But I'm also looking forward to the Wilderness quest and the lumbridge diary. Unlike when the first 2 diaries came out, I'm high enough now that I might be able to finish it. I just finally finished the Varrock diary the other day. Over all it's going to be a good month for updates. I also like the fact that I only have to do 1 quest to keep my cape this month.

I can't say I got nostalgic about my first days on rs after the new graphics came out. I noticed the changes but I just went on playing. I haven't gone exploring other places to see what has changed. I don't really want to remember the early days, dying 5 times a day trying to make a charector strong enough to live past a day.

well this was a worthless update. :thumbdown: How long before I'm actually able to play, a day, 2 days, a week. It won't even let me download the new higher resolution. Tells me theirs an error and gives 2 ways to fix it. Either be the administrator on my computer or have the original person who downloaded rs be the person who does the new download. Well guess what Jagex I am that person in both cases.
