Yeah i have shown her it, just wondered that by dropping my bronze one messed things up. Still need answer to second question :)

I'm not complaining about drop rate, i just want to make sure i'm doing the right thing. I used up about 100 tokens to get an bronze defender, then about 800 to get an iron one. So this leaves me to the point i'm at now, i went out the room, dropped my bronze defender and went back in... Over 2500 tokens used up and still no steel defender, am i doing something wrong? I've seen threads before when people say it took them alot of tokens to get rune, but i'm a but fed up now. ...another question. Once i get rune, how do i get other ones to get a few placeholders? Thanks

Look at my setup in the pic i made, try something similar to that. You can't use a cannon in the Chaos tunnels, but Smoke Devil with D2H specials are awesome there. The ones in the CT drop alot of charms too.

No, don't do flax. It will take forever and if very unefficient. I suggest making waterbattlestaffs - (at level 54 - do tiaras up until then) they are very good exp and you can break even with them sometimes. To make a profit, buy all your battlestaffs from Zaff in Varrock - do Varrock achievement diaries to maximise efficiency. You can make money buying gold bars for 180 eachish and sell the amulets which always sell for max on ge. Tiaras would be your 3rd best option probably.

It's not my guide, but i'd like to hear what you think is wrong with it.

Clues scrolls are dropped randomly, and the drop rate for them is the same for each monster that drops them. However like the above user said you are likely to get faster kills with the lower leveled monsters that drop level 3s Low leveled monsters that drop level 3 clues: Jellies - level 78? Green Dragons - level 79. Cyclops - Level 81, 76 and 56 Aviansies - Level 69 onwards Ankou - Level 75 onwards Those are probably the best monsters to kill if you want level 3s, as you can kill them faster than other monsters meaning more clues. Hope this helped.

There is a fine line between arrogance and advice. I know i'm capable of making my own decisions, and i can always justify what i do in game. If i want advice, i'll ask for it on H&A. Sometimes i advise people, not necessarily to give them my opinion (ie willows vs oaks) but to tell them what they are doing is wrong/completely unefficient (just a few examples from the last week, someone with a slave ammy and slayer helm, someone using rune armour at bloodvelds etc...)

I got 70 herblore over 3 years ago when you could actually make money by buying unid herbs, making potions and selling. I've only gained one level since then and that is entirely just cleaning herbs on slayer assignments :) If i ever chose to get it up to 80, i would do it by cleaning herbs - it's just too much money now a days

Serum 207s are currently -6gp per exp Energy potions are -7.94gp per exp Super energys are -8.5gp per exp However if you want to level up without losing money, then clean herbs. But grimy Kwuarms at med, clean them and sell at med. You make 17.7gp per exp, even though it may be a little slow. Mousekeys make it fast though ;) edit: always check G/E graphs before buying as some herbs are subject to clan merching (ie Torstol atm)

I'm a tad camera shy, especially when i'm sharing photos with people i don't even know. A bit paranoid, yes - but i'm cool with it.

Personally i would've been a little more patient. I would have left them a day or two on the G/E before you make the decision to trade them on again. Maple logs sell slowly, and willows don't sell at all.

It's still faster banking them at Shilo, plus you make more money.

Don't think i'll be entering this one as people that i could photograph wouldn't be to happy if i uploaded the pictures on a public forum. I have some awesome pictures that i took at the studio in my college but as i say my friends wouldn't be best pleased! I'm sure many people are in the same boat as me, but i will keep an eye on this comp to watch the entries :) Good luck guys :thumbup:

I always pick up every single charm i get.

325 tokkul per ring (with gloves) x 10 = 3250 tokkul that you need. With Kets and Xils you can get about 1 - 100 tokkul per kill, i think its usually a tad less than xils though. So just say you get 30 tokkul per kills, it only a little over 100 kills.
