At 45 range, what should be my range armor setup?

Alright. I did the math, its like 30k exp an hour.

Well I asked on TIF a bit, and some friends on RS and im guessing killing yaks with iron throwing knives. Seeing as I want 70 range, is this the best way?

A whip. I have one, it's awesome. Its very fast so you hit alot, and pretty strong. But I use dragon scimmy to train strength really.

I killed the Jungle demon, and I need to go back to the king. I was low on health, and I got killed by poison. I lost my monkey greegree and my monkeyspeak amulet. How do I get them back?
