Actually, he could use any money he makes from jellies to raise mage. I read a guide somewhere (on Zybez I think) about a good jelly setup, its probably outdated though.

I would just use Whip on the attack style.

Do slayer, and kill basilisks and hope for a mystic hat drop. Just got one :D

Ah, ok. Depends on your magic level and how long you play each day. Its possible if you try the whole day without stopping, you could get them in one day.

Why don't you just buy them off the g.e.?

Magics are better money but slow without a d axe. So, unless you have one use yews to 99 or until you get a d axe.

Hello, I got a level 2 scroll(I think) from my 102 Ice Warrior task. It says I need to have a wildy cape, does that mean any cape? Thanks in advance.

You just need to talk to the guy and start the quest and I think thats it. But just to be on the safe side, get most of the quest and skill reqs.

Use red chins at 85 and use avansies for money at 70. Could do better at 75 for avansies.

Try Zybez or Rune HQ, I always use Zybez for quests because they have detailed pics to help guide you.

I know that it is a 1:150 chance of getting one, but do you need to do Legends to be able to have a chance of it dropping? Or is that only to buy the right half? Thanks considering I have a 102 Ice Warrior task and could get a chance of getting one :D
