They aren't being anti-pure. Its not fair for the people who have to work hard to get the levels they have while pures get to use easy ways to level. I'm glad ror's aren't usable for slayer.

I think you just need the con level for a repair table. If you have a high enough smithing level, you pay a lower amount of money to repair the item. Lvl 99 smithers if they do it themselves pay like 25% the normal cost I think.

Try asking the boys in Tech And Computers. But do you try going to another screen when you log in? Like you have two different windows for RS and Youtube, while RS is loading do you go to Youtube? If you do, wait until RS loads then go to the other window.
