the familiars for summoning really wouldn't have a big use for f2p. Most of the obliesks(sp?) are located in p2p places anyway. Jagex would only make a handful of them f2p if they did allow summoning both because most of the familiars are useful in p2p situations.

Looking at your levels, the skills I would go with are: Crafting Strength Range Magic Fishing Herblore Seeing as those are skills you've gotten really high, try one of those and see which one you like.

It really depends on your luck on how fast you catch fish. I catch swords and tunas faster barehanded in the guild than at catherby.

I know about the Skills Necklace but its not really worth my time to go and fetch it out of my bank just to fish in the guild.
