I think(I read in a thread but forgot),that it restores hp. Which is helpful with slayer. Buny/uni+sgs+regenbrace+rapid heal=never having to bank.

Get atleast 75mage and do dart till 80, then get void mace and do claws. Get 52summoning and 60/70prayer too.
