Some people like the skill, some just want to think they can call people noob because they don't have a skill cape. I personally like attack and really like to have it 99 by christmas(with school starting that won't happen. Will try to work as much in f2p though).

Alot of them that are legit(like [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation] etc)will have keyloggers or viruses. I wouldn't go on them cause even if your computer doesn't detect it, you probably will get one.

In my opinion, make pouches that you'd use. So I'd go with these: Terrorbird Abyssal Parasite Ibis Spirit Kyatt Abyssal Lurker and War tortise. These seem like the ones that people would use and have good xp I believe. I may be wrong though.

You can replace the arhims to splitbark or mystic. I just used ahrims cause I had it. And you can replace any ammy, ring, helm and staff.

Fletching is pretty fast. But don't get a cape for a skill you don't like. Just take it slowly and do it for a skill you enjoy. Just getting a cape to look cool isn't cool imo. Though I do want my attack cape badly, I can wait

Glories would lose alot of money cause they cost less than a dstone. And blue d'hide, you'd lose more money in the long run.

I like this idea. Although the ring of death seems kind've dangerous in a way. If you died in a combat area, and you tele to your grave, you'd be in the same combat area you died in. How about you tele near it, while in a, state where you can't be attacked,or your invisible and the monsters can't attack you.

I say again, it'd be to easy for anyone to get 99str in one-two days.
