  1. Actually they'd be worse, since people can just regain the energy lost even quicker than before.
  2. i came wat'd irl HOLY [bLEEP] IN MY PANTS WHY WASN'T I THERE  :o I'm going to add it all up out of sheer curiosity and spite.
  3. The shortcuts are fairly significant and the cape is one of the best looking there is. That's always been incentive enough to train Agility! I'm not sure but I think that 90+ Agility probably restores near instantly, or at least quicker than you can run out, and probably instantly or better while resting. I also wouldn't be too surprised if they came up with even more uses for having a high Agility level in the near future.
  4. Nice, nice. Lol, I'd have surpassed you greatly [in overall mini-game progress] if not for your 3rd tier Castle Wars armor... Keep it up!
  5. I have a strong feeling these forums will be awash with these variations funny though  They are quite funny, thats 5 different types i know of now, but support mine its the best : Isn't yours also... The first?
  6. Kinda strange that you can't 'rest' while sitting in chairs in your POH.
  7. I always lend something out before I go to bed, so I was a bit worried... Ok, are those soul tabs or am I just loosing my mind? :? I am loosing my mind You're losing your mind. Thought you might say that. Hallucination.
  8. Prolly not true. The sooner you complete a trail, the sooner you will obtain one, and the the more you will therefore do. The more you do, the more crappy rewards you get, and the more good rewards others will get. People who let them sit in their bank for weeks on end prolly just see a good reward and assume long time in bank = good reward. It seems illogical for Jagex to make it so longer sit time results in a better reward. Fixed... :(
  9. I always lend something out before I go to bed, so I was a bit worried...
  10. I thought Bedman was maxed or near maxed... Ugh, I'm getting Bedman, Bunkie, and Bouwzie mixed up... :|
  11. I think you should drop Dragon Swords and use the Shadow Sword instead, although several stats would need to be tweaked. It's too odd for one piece of Dragon equipment to get such special treatment... Otherwise I like most of your ideas, except for the limitations on the Astral and Death effects. Astral shouldn't lose its charges so easily, and Death should have some special effect on players, even if it's not instagib.
  12. Please read carefully. I said that the monster who drops the clue should affect what the reward is as well as the difficulty. I was not asking about the specific monster that he was killing in this situation. For example, K'ril Tsutsaroth (the Zamorak general, who is currently the highest level monster to drop Clue Scrolls) should drop Clue Scrolls that have more steps, are harder, and have better overall rewards than Clue Scrolls obtained from a Cyclops (the monsters in the Warrior Guild who are currently the lowest level monster to drop level 3 Clue Scrolls).
  13. [hide=big pictures]Tourist trap mining dungeon or something like that, the place you find Ana. Not sure. Pollivneach Slayer dungeon (the place where are the big Banshees) Not sure. Pyramid from Desert treasure, last floor (the one you encounter last, probably ground). this one's in genie cave- don't know that too, seems familiar tho [/hide] My comments in red The Genie Cave is from Spirits of the Elid, AKA the Nardah quest. He steals soles.
  14. If that's what it does then it's probably useless to me anyway, since I've probably gone through several wipes since the original Tok-Xil was still around...
  15. It looks like page 113 to 117 or so of the pictures topic.
  16. If that were the case then how could they have extracted the models from the client? Everything was in grayscale, if that helps at all. I'll try to locate the pictures...
  17. In the pictures topic people were posting pictures a few days ago of a program that seemingly contained all RuneScape 3D renders and even some unreleased in-game. Could anyone please tell me how to view these or download this program? Also, if you don't know what that program was but have pictures of the original Tok-Xil (Ranged monster from Fight Caves), please post them. *I did do/am doing image searches but I need a very specific view, straight on, and I can't seem to find that.
  18. Nice dance skills, Bob. 8/10.
  19. I have gotten to Jad before, at least twice, with one try being extremely close. I never do repeat attempts though, so this will be my first try for at least five months. The first try since HD and Tzhaar graphical updates occurred was also my last, and also my first that I used Diamond Bolts (E). I was trying to buy some Javelins and Axes to test them, since I also vaguely remember that you cannot use the special attack on monsters, but none will come in. Anyway, I've personally witnessed someone unwittingly degrading their Vesta's Spear by using the special attack on a Guard... I would've thought that for whatever reason Onyx Bolts (E) were better than Dragonstone VS. Jad since they basically come from his domain... However, out of several duels I couldn't seem to coax the powers out of either type of bolt.
  20. They're my favorite task, but only because you can usually Cannon them in less than 15-20 minutes. If you're absolutely dead-set against cannoning then go with what Captain Baker said.
  21. I'm going to be attempting the Fight Caves again soon. For this, I want to have something flashy to take out Tz-Tok-Jad out at the very end with. These are some options I was considering... 50 x Diamond Bolts (E) 50 x Dragonstone Bolts (E) 50 x Onyx Bolts (E) 50 x Dragon Arrow (P++) 50 x Dragon Fire Arrow 02 x Morrigan's Javelin (P++) 48 x C. Morrigan's Javelin 02 x Morrigan's Throwing Axe 48 x C. Morrigan's Throwing Axe I don't think you can bankrupt me on this but it has to be Ranged. ;)
  22. Something strange about the colors and shapes, as though you used an original in-game character as a base. There's nothing wrong with that, it just looks odd. 5/10
  23. Normal merchanting: One buys a large amount of an item that one believes will rise in value soon, probably due to belief that there will be increased demand. One sells bought items after they have risen sufficiently according to one's interests. Clan manipulation: Several buy a large amount of an item that several believe will rise in value soon, probably due to the belief that there will be increased demand. Several sell bought items after the havey risen sufficiently according to several's interests. Demand may come from different sources but the general mechanism is still the same. So really, it is normal merchanting but in a larger volume. So really, if you believe that one is wrong, then both are wrong.
  24. So many people in this Forum in particular seem to think that comparing two broken things, two "wrongs", makes it right not to do anything about any of them. Link wants something very simple. He wants one of these wrongs to be righted. Stop referring back to other skills having useless or no high level abilities unless you want to suggest something to make them right at the same time. Stop automatically assuming that only the most essential updates and fixes (which would be what, anyway?) are worth JaGEx' oh-so-limited time and resources. Stop saying that there's absolutely no reason to improve or add to something. You can always improve and add to something. Really, there's no negative effects that can come of anything that Link is suggesting. There's no reason to outright deny his (or anyone else's suggestions) if they have no purely negative effects. You should however help him tweak whatever suggestions he has into a finished product. That would be constructive. What's happening now by most of the people on this thread is nothing short of trolling, in many different degrees and ways, and for no good reason. Trolling, in this case, really is disagreement, since there is no real reason that you can disagree with improvements that cause no harm. It's far flung to say that we can fix every single wrong at once, and totally re-write the game to where everything has a use, is balanced, and makes sense, but we can certainly start with small improvements like these.
