  1. I can't remember the name of the upgrade, but it's B+B near a hunter. You pick it up then slam it on the ground, useful for whaling on it, but when it jerks and gets up, run a little ways, because you will get knocked down. Also, buy the Glide power asap. Hunter Dirtnap.
  2. Lol'd@"ASSDESTROYER". My set up works. Nothing fancy though. Wish I had my PS3 in my room though... -.-
  3. Oh please, gimme a break! Remember how Dragonfire shield were about 25million before the pvp update? The pvp update came and because the dfs was a special drop, more dfs came into the game by PvP. It was easier to get a dfs from 26k trick than killing over thousands of black dragons. Now that the dfs isn't in the pvp droptable anymore, it's slowly returning to its original price. It will be lower than 25 mil because more dragonfireshields have entered the game than that have left. Are you now starting to complain that the DFH is coming back from 8 mil? after it was over 45mil before the pvp update? :? Thought DFH was 80m before? But yeah, I don't blame him for forgetting, since DFS have been 17m- for so long. It'll be nice to see some things make their original prices, although naturally, hopefully.
  4. I mean I feel bad you know, but come on...
  5. Storytime please! THIS! Had enough runes for 99 magic, was just getting charms to 70, but didn't want to bank. Computer lagged while luring, was then at 8 hp, where my ring teleports me at 7, then hit to 0. I had enough charms for 65 summoning, now I've got absolutly nothing. Maybe I'll make a pure f2p that's not pro at Runecrafting. Oh, I saw that pic earlier. over 200k runes dude... I feel sorry, but don't you feel just a little silly for taking all of those? I know you can get back up though.
  6. Same with Barrows, Bandos. CW Decorative too? Lots of opportunity. Lots of work for JaGEx. Which is why it won't happen.
  7. Front page please!
  8. I actually did keep it, and they removed it from my bank during an update a while ago. :| [hide=Looky.][/hide] I still want that Dark Dagger... -.- I've been back to that dungeon as many as five times and searched the entire place and killed everything and still can't get one.
  9. Basically what I said, a few pages back. Agreed. And then I didn't even take my own advice, tisk...
  10. Sell me the Zamorak Statuette?
  11. Yeah, he might be, but he's been around almost forever and hasn't really changed (the necromancy stuff is the same as ever) so I don't get why everyone's turning to him like it's some new exciting hint, especially after the MA teleport icon was leaked. Would we really need another teleport in that area? There's already four...
  12. Of course; However, the items would stay long enough to make them worthwhile, unlike the ones we have now. I personally think it should be... Badly corrupted: Non-PvP 1:00, PvP: 1:30 Partially corrupted: Non-PvP 2:00, PvP: 4:00 Non-corrupt: Non-PvP 3:30, PvP 7:00 They should all act like Barrows, only degrading in combat, and the non-corrupt could be repairable, costing 3/4 the max Grand Exchange price. That way it's an incentive to repair/recharge them for cheaper, taking more money out.
  13. You killed the lobster. It respawned as a rock on the same place. You were near it so it turned into it's attackable form. On another note, 96 black dragons killed without an egg...ah well at least it yields a nice profit. Black egg? Why not a white egg...RACIST! [yt]LekUKeFijxc[/yt] KILL THE BLACK BABIES!!
  14. if things are traded between players, there isn't any money sink, even if that item costs 100s of millions. No money is leaving the game... Then I think we're in agreement. I hope something of this is added into the first post. And that it pleases the high and mighty Es0... -.- And, LOL@three nearly identical threads in a row... Bedman, if it's destroyed then it is a money sink.
  15. [hide=My original post.] they just need to put it back to the way it was before any of the RWT updates were :| no inflation, no new items introduced out of thin air, no extra money brought in through thin air, etc.... but since jagex doesn't want to go backwards on RWTing and all that stuff, it won't happen. so we're faced with 2 choices, do we want massive item price drops, or massive inflation that cannot be controlled? there is no middle ground from what i can tell. First person ive seen notice this.:) thank you =D> No matter what happens post RWT, one side(pvp/skillers) will always complain. How about replacing statues with USEFUL items like PvP gear? Tradeable Brawlers! Huge money sink right there. Perfect. And PvP gear people will actually pay for. That's actually worth using and buying for normal players. And raw noted materials that give good XP but can only be used on PvP Worlds. All new items that give advantages but don't last long enough to out class other equipment. They were on the right track, right?[/hide] I was thinking about this dilemma before. People [on this Forum] are complaining that PvP makes more money than double Nature Rune crafting. But for the drops to be so good your stats have to be high, you have to have high levels, so although it is overpowered (especially 26k'ing) it makes sense that high levels -> higher profit, just like 91 RuneCraft (high level) -> higher profit. (I don't know how to use the ordered list function  ) 1. Exchanging (and therefor destroying) items for pure cash does not work, as we've already discussed in this thread. 2. \ & Most people are not PK'ers as we've already discussed in this thread. There are not enough PK'ers willing to buy the current PvP armor, hence why it has failed. If they were useful, or in Brawlers' case, sellable, normal players would create a huge demand. And more targets for PK'ers  3. / 4. These could be untradeable. And they'd be low increments, stackable with Brawlers, and only useable on PvP worlds. And skillers limit themselves just as pures do, and have no right to complain, just like pures, if they cannot access content.

  17. Scanning this thread previously, I knew you'd be the first to jump on this. Yes. They should temporarily close PvP again until they find a better solution. Or just remove all drops. And yes, they should silence complainers, especially if it's promised to be temporary. It was horrible, pathetic, and funny for months because of their immature wrath.
  18. Life runes, addition to Magic. / Hunter skill -> raising minions. / Necromancy. _ They settled with a combination of the key parts and came out with Summoning. Malignius is a broken link or hint, that they haven't fixed and may never will. And I hate it when they do that. :| Anyone remember their promise of EIGHT Dwarf quests? We're barely even to three.
  19. \ \ \ ILU RSW44! Although 'belly-up' means they won't sell in the Grand Exchange, which means they won't fall... :?: :-k Belly up means they died and now can be bough for min(if you wish). The price might adjust tommorow and it will most likely be a rise maybe small because it counts all transactions between updates which most likely will be sold for above mid. We'll have to wait and see though. Then this is no good for me (yet :?: ) because I didn't want to pay 110m (107m min maybe?) and I don't have junk to balance it out. I'm not just extremely cheap but although I want one I want one more if they cost 75m. ;) They'll drop to around 80M if they don't get manipulated again and when it reachs a price where you think it's worth it I suggest buying it. Don't try to wait for a drop and don't buy too early. You know what price you want to pay so stick with it and wait it out. 85m-. And thank you for all of your advice!

  22. im sure if they seriously could remove the "26k trick" that they would, but they pretty much told everyone exactly how to gain potential (EP) or w/e, they told them how much they had to risk in-order to gain it, and how much said person had to lose in order to use up some of your potential. it's almost like they wanted us to 26k trick..... hmmmm.... They wanted to test how 'morally inept' everyone was. Then they could judge how long we deserved for them to keep RuneScape going after MechScape's arrival. ... :| They could/should completely suspend PK'ing. They've done it before. This time they know how immature players typically are. They'll send miniature Corporeal Beast German Schnauser half-breeds to tear them apart in the streets. And JMODs to smash them with BANHAMMERS. And prevent anyone with level 1 Defence or less from posting in the RSOF. And that is the best course of action. To stop it altogether until they have a better solution. And shut up everyone who complains.
