I suppose it is the brimhaven agility arena? Wear the steel platebody, maple short and a wildy cape and do the emote called cheer in the arena. You might be attacked by a lvl 107 btw...

they will heal jad if you dont attack them. If they fight you they wont heal jad...

banshees drop lvl 1 clues A LOT, I used to get 1 clue in about 25 kills...

long and shorts have the same range bonus so the long has only a higher range....

sindarin I assume you never tried sorceress garden? its pretty fast xp at 45 thieving....

dont use magic, waste of runes... use a dds and spec him. bring a few sharks and a pray pot in case he gets lucky but you probably wont even need to eat (hes really easy:p)

it surely is good enough but a bit higher range would help and you will fail the first time(everyone does;)....

whats the best place to train att and str to about lvl 90? Both are 72 atm.. xp per hour?

check youtube for some guides... there are some really good guides there which will show you how to do it and after 2 tries its a piece of cake;)
