RuneScape Information

  1. I apologize, I have received the comment a few times before, so just for you, I've toned down the color of my posts. :) As for the hat, I recently saw someone else wearing it out of the minigame, but forgot to take a screenshot... so the glitch still exists...
  2. That, my dear friend, is a Tricorn Hat. It is NOT a pirate hat. Actually, the hat in the picture IS a Pirate hat, see the comparison? (I'm on the right in a normal Pirate Hat) So, it is not a Tricorn Hat, which is available from Trouble Brewing, it is a red pirate hat... And to prove they don't sell these red pirate hats, here's a picture of the Trouble Brewing Rewards [hide=][/hide]
  3. Well, as I logged on, in Falador bank, someone's hat caught my eye... [hide=][/hide] As I pointed out with the red arrow, that player is wearing a red pirate hat, only found in Trouble Brewing. (Used to mark the red team) Does anyone know how she was able to smuggle the hat out of the minigame? Is it now possible to get as a reward? Or is this from the recently released Circus?
  4. Yes, the requirement for 50 mining is, unfortunately, required to mine through rocks that are blocking the queen. As for killing the queen, you do not need to do Heroes to kill her.
  5. 6. Ramara de Croissant is one of Picatoris' many citizens, she resides in the town's furnace building, with the iron sheet presser nearby. But when you talk to him/her for the scroll, be prepared for a puzzle box, because you'll be getting one to complete.
  7. By "+Junk", they mean that they are using a method to bypass the trade limit called "Junk Trading". This method involves one player balancing out an uneven trade by adding items that players consider "useless". Usually, you should just ignore these people and just trade using the proper prices and the Grand Exchange, because Junk Trading is only used for trading "Rare items" (Not holiday, I mean like TT items), in-demand items, and whatever else players think Jagex prices unfairly. I hope this clarifies what you were asking, good luck with further buying/selling. Mod Edit: Posting a whole post in a different colour is not allowed ~DarkDude98
  8. Well, the Beacon Lighting Minigame is very simple really, but can be very complicated. To play the minigame, all you need to do is simultaneously light the Varrock Beacons. Once you have lit a certain number of them, you can talk to King Roald for your prize. Here is a map of the Beacons. The rewards for the minigame, or "Firemaking tools" as you called them, are the following... Ring of Fire: This ring can be recieved by lighting the beacons that I circled in green on the map. Flame Gloves: These gloves can be recieved by lighting the beacons I circled in green and yellow. Fire Adze: This mystical utencil can be obtained by light all the beacons, including three that are not visible on my map and are further north. As for lighting all of them, you will need technique, but I'll let you figure that out yourself...
  9. Alright, well, I just completed this half a few days ago for my Quest Cape, so I remember clearly. The terrorbirds you kill for the wing bone are here... If you kill these, you should soon get a wing bone, if not... 1. Check your bank to make sure that you don't currently have the bone. 2. Check the Odd Old Man's wish list to see if you have already given it to him. 3. Make sure you aren't killing the Mounted Terrorbird Gnomes, they do not drop wings. If my advice doesn't work, report it as a bug to Jagex, that's all that it could be.
  10. Wow... I just attempted it, and, well, it did work, but my experience with the glitch was different... When I clicked the button, it did take me back to the swamp... the only difference from yours was that I was standing high off of the ground! :o I'll try and get a picture next run.
  11. For fighting the giant scarab, it will take awhile to kill it, no matter what you use. The only thing keeping you from spending time killing it is the little Scabarites and the scarab's poison (That is, if you are melee praying). So, what I did to kill it is to lure the scarab into the entrance into the giant cavern and the long tunnel, so that when it spawns the Scabarites, they will be stuck behind the scarab and the wall, so not even the mages and rangers can reach you. As for the poison, just bring quite a bit of antipoison and food. Hope this post helps you, good luck.
  12. For training the skill, I am convinced that it is much easier to train with the robes, tablets, and all, but there is one benefit that I believe is the most noticable. Once you have 41 tokens, you can purchase the Astral tablet, a free teleport to the Astral altar. Fianlly, Jagex has released a quick way to turn on the Lunar Spellbook!
  13. It's not the Armadyl Pendant that you need to enter the Chamber of Fear, you need the Lucien's Pendant to do that. If you lose the Lucien's Pendant, just talk to him in Ardougne to get it back. However, if you lose your Armadyl Pendant, there is no way to get it back.
  14. Well, I was hunting with the enchanted key from the new quest, and while in Feldip Hills, I stumbled upon two odd caves. I'm not sure if these are new or for a quest, but I have never seen them before. I put the examines in a red square, and the right cave is the only one with an enter option, but neither can be reached.
  15. Did you know that while wearing a Cooking Cape, you can enter the Cook's Guild without a chef's hat? This might also apply to the Crafting Cape and Guild, as a replacement for the brown apron, but I'm not sure.
