I use Maximuscle Cyclone. While it isn't 100% whey, I prefer it over the other brands. Not cheap though. 1.2kg for £45~ on the high street, can get it for £30 online though.

While it is nice to see Jagex are updating the RuneScape website, I do not think that there is much discussion value here. It seems like they have changed it because of their position in the Guiness wold records, but besides that, not really much to comment on. Indeed I was :) I quit partially due to Real life business, which has been sorted (after a long time) and these new updates have interested me, so here I am, back in the game (though hopefully not as addicted as I was). thanks for posting :)

Oh, and 2.1k total. New goals in no specific order: 90 mining, 85 smithing, 99 thieving, 99 cooking, 99 fletching, 80 prayer, 85 runecrafting, 70 slayer, 90 hunter, 85 construction and 85 farming. Rate/Hate/Rate everything except slayer level.

I upgraded the firmware of my drive, and switched to Img Burn. I got 1 more disc to work, then, I tried another and it didn't work. It's quite annoying really.

I recently purchased some DVD-R DL discs for archiving my data, yet it appears that this simplest of tasks cannot be accomplished by my computer. I have used Nero and the normal windows drag and drop system to add data to the disc, but both produce errors. I'm not sure whether it's the DVDs or the DVD recorded that is having the fault. The first DVD I tried worked flawlessly. The last 5 have all had problems (and due to the fact that they are not rewritable discs, expensive for me to replace). Basically, I do the normal routine by getting as much as possible onto the DVDs and at the lowest write speed. The first disc wrote and verified fine. The second disc stopped while writing, and therefore ruined the disc. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth ones all managed to write, but when it came to verification, It had an 'unspecified error' and terminated, leaving a partially written disc full of corrupted data. There is no point trying to replace the discs (by sending them back), as they are completely unusuable, and I still have 4 left, which would be enough if they worked. What I want to know is people's opinions on whether it is the discs, the data or the recorder that is ruining every disc. I'm using a Samsung SH-202H DVD writer (yes, it is compatible with Dual layer discs before someone asks). Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a clan/team/group that regularly does stealing creation (if not solely doing stealing creation). Here are my stats (the ones that matter anyway) Attack: 99 Strength: 99 Defence: 99 Magic: 99 Range: 99 HP: 99 Summoning: 70 Mining: 86 Smithing: 82 Fishing: 86 (being trained) Cooking: 90 Thieving: 85 Fletching: 90 Woodcutting: 91 Construction: 76 Hunter: 70 I'm working on getting most of the levels above to at least 80.

The 3D is done by defocusing your eyes for you. When you look through the glasses, the light is moved in a way that makes your eyes able to combine them into a single image, similar to the way that stereograms work. The only problem I have with it is that i can't use my normal glasses with them, so the image produced isn't very sharp (I'm very short sighted). Anyway, 3D was definitely worth it.

I've decided to use my blog as my Runescape blog as well. My new goal is to get 2100 total. I don't know when I will achieve this, but hopefully soon. I need 36 levels from time of writing. I intend to get 82 smithing straight away, leaving me 35 levels. These will be from 99 cooking, firemaking and woodcutting. I will probably get cooking first, then firemaking, then woodcutting.

I believe that the DSi is only region locked for DSi software (i.e. software that has DSi only features). however, i do not own a DSi, so I may be incorrect. This is just what I have been informed of.

Actually, adding to what I said previously, I will avoid talking to people based on hygiene. If a girl has amazingly bad acne and smells worse than a pile of rotting fish, then I'm not going to hide the fact that I don't want to talk to her (I just wouldnt be able to be anywhere near her). Obviously, I'm not going to avoid someone if they have a few spots or aren't wearing perfume, but there are limits to what I can take. I wont avoid someone based on how they look to me though (besides the hygiene part).
