I'm not the most fashionable person, but I think that on most people, t-shirts & blazers just don't work together. Wearing a v-neck t-shirt with a blazer is pretty awful. Mostly it's just about the colour co-ordination being awry (leaving aside the formal/casual divide for the time-being). A good one would be dark blue jeans with a really faint beige round-collared t-shirt with black pinstripe blazer. But obviously that's not for everyone. @Harrinator: In my college last year there was one guy who would literally wear a suit (which didn't fit well at all) with white leather trainers. It looked rather awful.

I haven't read the news since earlier when they were saying that they didn't know the motivation, so thanks for pointing it out. I do remember reading the thing about his brother and the lawyer and thinking it was a bit suspicious. I found it weird how on the radio they gave out some innocuous facts, like how he hadn't cleaned up before going out on his shooting spree.

Funnily enough I was thinking about how gun laws are going to get so much stricter (and my chance of owning one ever decreasing). It's a sad event, but it's really unclear as to motivation (which we might never know, given that he killed himself).

In like the last few seconds (literally just before you were about to enter a game) you'd exit, and your level would be 'undetermined', and boot camp would be accessible.

I hate the fact that Team kills count towards your deaths. I was playing a game and everytime I got a kill, a team 'mate' would kill me. The third time I was killed was just a guy spawning on me and deciding to kill me for no reason. It took my ratio down, which was rather annoying (as I've been working hard just to mantain it, let alone increase it).

If they are images, then sure. Just upload them to imageshack in as good quality as you can and I'll get to work on them.

If the rainbow and clouds are static images, then make them transparent (requires a piece of photo editing software, can't use paint) and drag them into a video track (I believe that the initial layer, i.e. the one the video is on, is the top layer, but I may be incorrect). If they are in video format, then use the chroma keyer and adjust the tracks so that the rainbow & clouds are on top.

This is going on a limb, but do you have a spare HD you could test? It sounds similar to what happened to mine, which just died. The other option is entering the BIOS and checking that HDD0 or HDD1 is set as the primary boot device. When you load up the laptop, it should show a screen giving you an indication of some buttons you can press, e.g F12 to enter the BIOS. Make sure not to change any settings when you've entered the BIOS (or at least not save any changes that you do make). If the HDD is not set as primary or secondary, then that may be the reason (but it's unlikely, and I just want to rule it out).

When you turn the laptop on, what message does it give? I expect it's more likely that the hard drive has given up. Did it ever make loud clicks or abnormal noises without being moved?

In Hardcore I like the 88, SVU & VSS, but In core I feel that too much ammo is used. I have like 2097 kills with the M95 (not including the M95 SA) almost exclusively from core, but the majority of my deaths come from snipers finding out where I am through the killcam, and then killing me, which is the only beneficial part in hardcore, since I don't have the PC version. Yeah I find that a problem. Only reason that I play hardcore is for the lack of killcam, since I don't have the PC version.

In hardcore I find the SV98 acceptable. I'm not a fan of it's sight. In terms of actual usage, I use the M95 the most, as I used to play normal (not hardcore) deathmatch, so needed the power. The GOL is the best sniper (counting both normal and hardcore) as the fire rate is very helpful. I have to agree with you on the M95 taking too long to reload. I've been killed quite a few times when cycling the bolt because I missed another sniper by a few inches it's very frustrating.

Most I've had is like a 17k game. Got Knife, M95 and M93R gold stars all in the same match :P

It sounds like you're using the 500GB one as the boot drive (in my opinion). You'd need to boot from the 1TB drive and then format that drive.

Playing on the lowest possible settings, my Dell Latitude C610 suffices. I think you'll be hard-pressed to find a dedicated graphics processor in a new laptop for less than about $600, but I've been wrong before. Thanks for pointing out that it's dollars >.< in that case I'd probably say that's one of the better laptops you can get for under $500.

That is integrated. If you're planning to play in lowest possible settings, then it may suffice.

Just got killed from half the map away by a guy with a shotgun, made me laugh to be honest. Even COD isn't that bad.

The problem is that while the 980x shows boosts in applications that make use of all 6 cores, such as Cinebench R11.5. In games the performance is marginal, and, the higher latency of the 980x over the 975 actually makes it worse in some scenarios. In my opinion, 6 core shouldn't have been released yet. Only a small fraction of applications & games make use of more than 2 cores, so how many make use of more than 4?
