Gripper progress
I know this is my first post regarding this subject, but I thought it would be better late than never. For those who are unsure what Grippers are: You will most likely have seen them in a sports shop, with plastic or foam handles that provide a way to train your hand strength. The strongest Grippers in sports shops reach around 50lbs of pressure to close, and for most males, endless reps are possible. The Grippers that 'Grip professionals' (i.e. Bodybuilders with extensive grip training) are: Beef builders, Captains of Crush, Barabans and Mash monster. Captains of crush provide a certification system for anyone who can close a COC #3 and above. About 4 weeks ago I started with a COC #1, which requires around 140lbs (I say around because grippers can be slightly stronger or slightly weaker than their pundage rating) of pressure to crush together. I was able to crush them from parallel (I estimate that my crush strength was around 60kg). Since then, I progressed to the COC #1.5 (and recently purchased a COC #2), which requires 167.5lbs of pressure to fully shut (from a credit card set), and I am able to close it without setting it. Obviously my next goal is the COC #2, which requires 195lbs of pressure to close fully. I'm not expecting to be able to close it for another 4 weeks, and I don't expect to close a COC #3 until I'm in my 20s (which would be a shame, as I'm aiming to be able to close it while I'm still a teenager). Anyway, If you want proof, I'll happily give it, but it's nothing to boast about, and, let's face it, most of the people who click on this entry wont even read it :D

What are you listening to right now!?
Feeder - Sending Out Waves.

How many n00bs does it take to change a lightbulb?
One to change it, then the rest of Runescape to complain about how it was better before.

Therefore any prescriptivist (for example John Humphrys, who takes pedantry to the extreme) is adolescent? I will admit, that did sound childish, but I'm allowed to have my opinion, and you're allowed to have yours.

'Need 95 craft assist' is correct. 'Need 95 craft' is not. The first states that the person wants another person with 95 crafting to assist them, the second just states that they want 95 crafting. I don't expect people to get anything or do anything other than articulate their questions/statements in a correct way. I don't mind when things are shortened down, just when they are shortened so much that they lose their original meaning.

In your dreams...
I used to lucid dream every single night for as long as I can remember (sometimes continuing dreams from years ago), until about 6 months ago, when they just completely stopped. I've never had a dream since (at least not one I can recollect).

It's a prescriptivist attitude. I do agree with quite a few of those points, being a prescriptivist myself. I do not think that how a person writes on RuneScape is indicative of their intelligence (for instance, my ex was one of those people who adds loads of extra letters to words and shortens words randomly, but she was actually a proficient writer), nor would I judge anyone who writes like that. I've merely pointed out a few of these inaccuracies which bug me (Another example would be: 'Need 95 Craft', which is a statement and not a question).

My newest *favorite* is binded, as in "ima gonna get prom 2h binded". :shame: There's also 'I payed [insert amount here] for it'. It makes me want to jump through the monitor and throttle him/her.

Yeah, that's what I had assumed :P My post was made in a sardonic... tone? I don't mind typos, it's mainly in those situations I listed above, when the wrong word is used and changes the semantics.

Idc about your rant, as I'm a grammar liberal. I didn't ask you to post in my rant, so telling me that you do not care about my argument is in fact a lie, as you must have cared about it to have clicked on the link to view it in the first place. You're free to make a rant about my rant though.

I care how they type, as I'm a grammar fascist.

Semantics and grammar in general.
Within RuneScape, I am seeing a dramatic degradation of grammatical standards. I'm sure many of us have encountered the 'Can I lend x', only to actually mean that they want to borrow an item. Obviously, English is not everyone's first language, and I have a level of tolerance (as in, I'm not going to demonise anyone for spelling things incorrectly) but when these mistakes come from people whose first language/mother tongue is indeed English, it infuriates me somewhat. I'm not talking about typos (missing a letter out), I mean proper errors like 'Barrowing [insert item here]'. It makes me question whether these are genuine mistakes, ignorance disguised as trolling, trolling disguised as ignorance or anything other possible combination.

Weights?
This site gives you a rough idea of how to do each exercise (plus extra for back etc): http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html Also, if you want to know why Bloodstain said that, search Greg Valentino (fair enough he was actually a steroid abuser).

Weights?
In terms of exercises: Biceps: Bicep curls (fairly obvious), Hammer curls, Negative bicep curls (negatives are actually quite good for most exercises). Triceps: Triceps Extensions, French Press, Tricep kickbacks. Chest: Dumbbell Flies (incline and flat) and Chest Press (basically a bench press just with a dumbbell in each hand rather than a barbell). Traps & Shoulders: Shrugs, Shoulder Press, Lateral and front raises and reverse flies.

Official Parkour / Freerunning Topic
Flips and Spins are freerunning moves, except in situations which require it, such as an underbar. But any spins and flips done to just 'show off' are freerunning moves. Parkour is the most basic element of movement, while freerun builds on this and adds tricks.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
It will hurt her more if you tell her later. From my experience (which, to be honest, isn't a lot), if you leave it, she may think that she still has a chance with you, and she will get incredibly angry with you for doing so with her feelings. But, I don't know her personally. If she's had quite a few boyfriends before, she is less likely to get angry, if you're her first, then expect some problems.

Official Parkour / Freerunning Topic
I prefer parkour over freerunning since I find it challenging to do flips (I have spent countless hours trying stationary flips, even on a trampoline and just cannot perfect them). I used to be quite good at it, but I stopped for about a year and never really got back into it. Saying that though, I've really improved my pharaoh climb.

Staying Healthy
I don't eat terifically, and I don't take supplements, but I haven't been very ill for the last 4 years (very ill to me means things that mean I have to stay in bed for a day or two), besides a few headaches. I'm not a cleanliness freak either.

History
I'm interested in the history of the English language, seeing how the language developed and changed throughout time (try reading Beowulf in Old English). I'm also fascinated by Leonardo Da Vinci and most of medieval Europe.
