    It is.
  2. Bauke is maxed, and I think my 99s can easily surpass 99 fletching.
  3. These are some cards you could look at (I'm posting Microdirect links so you can see the specs and get an idea of the price. They are all Nvidia cards). 512MB 8600GT: Click Here 512MB 9400GT: Click Here This link is showing both 9400GTs. 8400GS: Click Here This link goes to a page showing two 8400GS', where you will see that they are pretty cheap. There are probably better and cheaper cards, but these are just to give you an idea.
  4. Soap sounds like Gas :S Or am I just hearing things?
  5. Also, It's built already, so unless you were getting someone to build yours for free, it's another cost that you can save, as well as not have the possibility of screwing something up if you're doing it yourself (I've done it before, very easy to ahve something go wrong if you're unsure). If you already have a sound system and Keyboard and Mouse, you can save another £18 from the crystech setup, and if you don't mind about the Vista Aero, then you can save another £15.50 by using Vista home Basic 64bit. Bringing the cost down to £539.70.
  6. I've added it together, and your system comes to £509.76, including shipping. Here's the system I customised on crystech: Crystal Synergy USB Ports: 6x USB (2.0) DVDRW Software: Nero Express Monitor: 22" TFT Widescreen Monitor 5Ms Response Sound: Soundblaster Compatible High Definition 5.1 Sound Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit Memory: 8GB 800MHz DDR2 RAM Processor: Athlon 64 AM2 7750 Dual Core Processor Hard Drive: 1000GB SATA HDD Optical Storage: 20x Dual Format Dual layer DVDRW Graphics card: 512MB Geforce 9800GT Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech Keyboard & Optical Mouse Speakers: Subwoofer Speaker System Network adapter: 10/100/1000 Lan While a bit more expensive, there is a lot more here than in your build. It costs £578.23, which includes £12 shipping and the sales tax (if you can claim it through a company, you can get £73.86 off the price). However, this is just a comparison, and you can get better systems for cheaper if you shop around.
  7. I'm not a fan of ATI graphics cards, so I don't know how good/bad it is. However, you need a 64bit operating system to actually utilise the 4gb of RAM, so: http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Produ ... -64Bit-OEM For your monitor, I recommend a Hanns G: http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Searc ... =Hanns%20G One problem you'll have with your current setup is that the Processor doesn't correspond to the motherboard. The motherboard you've chosen is for an Intel LGA775 socket, whereas Socket AM2 is what your chosen processor uses. If you want a gigabyte motherboard, choose from either: http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Produ ... Phenom-AMD http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Produ ... 560-Socket Also, since you live in the UK (I assume), you should check out Crystech (http://www.crystech.co.uk). I bought my PC from there. They do a very good job of custom building their computers (they build them to their specifications, you choose the best one in your price range from their catalogue). However, since they are based in one location, it may be hard to get to them. for example: http://www.crystech.co.uk/files/html/products_10.html For £369 it's quite a good deal. This is their pre-built custom catalogue: http://www.crystech.co.uk/files/html/__catalog.html
  8. JPEG is a lossy format, therefore picture quality is degraded through compression (unless saved with Photoshop/GIMP with highest settings). I suppose he wanted it as PNG, which is a lossless format, keeping quality.
  9. 3/10 for 99 fletching, but good luck on 99 summoning, which will get a 10/10 from me.
  10. 7/10. You should raise your farming, construction and hunter levels.
  11. There wasn't a personnel version of the PTRs, and the version shown in COD5 is ridiculously un-proportioned. Besides the fact that it couldn't have a sniper scope, it would be amazingly impractical, as it is over 6 foot long in real life.
  12. This morning I turned on my computer to find that ym system was much slower, and that the taskbar had disappeared. I searched online, and found some theories and solutions, none of which worked. I have tried chaning the settings in Taskbar and Start Menu, to no avail. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, how did they remedy it? By the way, I have run an anti-virus and an anti-spyware, none of which found anything. It's not that much of a problem, it's just convenient. EDIT: Solved the problem.
  13. Install XP on it, of course! There's a 64 bit version of XP too ;) Yep, but since XP 64 was made for the businesses, it has [cabbage] loads of compatibility problems. Including problems with Photoshop CS4 using GPU processing.
  14. Such an awful suggestion. It backfires badly when you say 'this would be an easy skill to raise because we eat so much (think of slayer and stuff like that)'. Funnily enough, I don't think that most people use Shrimp to train with.

How do you share Sims? I can't be bothered to find out
  16. The method described above should work. However, if it doesn't, you should contact the manufacturer about it, and they will give you an address to put into your browser which will come up with diagnostic tools and such, you should be able to reset the password from there.
  17. Oh, I didn't know that the MP40 was exclusive to the Wii version of COD5. It's not but then WaW is worse on the Wii than on the other consoles. WaW is irrelevant as (hopefully) Treyarch have nothing to do with MW2. Fair point. Treyarch wont have anything to do with MW2, but if they did, it would be for sound. Anyway, I don;t own a PS3 or an Xbox, so I would probably either play it on my brother's Xbox, or just buy the PC version.
  18. Oh, I didn't know that the MP40 was exclusive to the Wii version of COD5.
  19. Best option would be to make a theme that use less (or no) images and reorganises the page.
  20. I use a 32bit Windows XP Home Edition, because it came bundled with the PC. I would upgrade to 64bit (which I should do, since I'm only utilising 3.5GB out of 4GB of RAM). When I feel the urge to upgrade my PC, I'll be getting Vista 64bit.
  21. VLC Media Player and Firefox/Opera (Though Firefox is much better than Opera),
  22. No, a moron has an IQ of 51-70, while mine is at least 130+. Made me laugh. If your IQ was 130+, then you would be able to understand the concept of free-will, where people can do what THEY want to do, instead of you forcing them into something they don't want to. We should all arrange that to happen, maybe this guy would shut up complaining and actually do something that he likes.
  23. At some time next week I'm going to go through and listen to two songs from each band listed.
  24. However, you could either get 2 or 3 but with 8GB of RAM. May I question why you are recommending he buy 8GB or RAM? Because the first laptop isn't a major improvement over 2 and 3, and there are other things to upgrade than RAM, I gave that as an example.
  25. However, you could either get 2 or 3 but with 8GB of RAM.
