Council is spelt "Council", not Concil. At least, I thought it was. The waterfall doesn't blend at all. So, without knowing the title of the signature, I wouldn't know what it is. As you would say, seven kittens out of ten. :P The sky is great, by the way.

Fixed the R, U, N, T, I, and part of the S with 49% ink. Amazing what you can do with such a little amount.

Nice job so far. Looking at the picture and your version, there needs to be more tire, because in the picture, it has a bit of rim, and then some tire. Not sure if there would be any way to get a rounded effect on the tires, instead of the squarish effect. Can't wait for the final version. :)
